Yes Chelsea drugged Billy and had sex with him when he was unable to consent, so definitely rape. It was years ago, onscreen, when they were both in Myanmar. The show tried to say last year that it was "something on the wild side" but it wasn't. Chelsea became pregnant as a result of the rape. Billy and Victoria were married and arranged to adopt the baby before he was born. The boy's name is Johnny Abbott. Victoria and Billy were is the only parents Johnny ever knew -- Johnny knew he was adopted but didn't know who his biomother was. Last year Chelsea asked that Johnny be told and he was told that Chelsea is his biomother. But Victoria is Johnny's mother in every way that matters. Johnny learned that he has a bio-half-brother Connor Newman (the son Chelsea raised). The boys became good friends and didn't seem to think this is a big deal, as they are young and used to having friends with a variety of family structures. Johnny knows Chelsea is his biomother, visits her and Connor occasionally, plus Johnny's dad Billy is dating his biomother Chelsea. Sometimes they do homework. But Johnny doesn't know he was conceived via rape. Eventually, in the meantime, Connor Newman began having issues, and asked to live with Chelsea's mother Anita who lives in another state/city somewhere, and he goes to school there. Victoria has dated other people but has had an onagain offagain relationship with Billy Abbott through the years. She and Billy also have a full biological child Katie, who is slightly younger than Johnny. Billy and Victoria share custody of Johnny and Katie, but I think Johnny and Katie are currently in boarding school. Victoria has dated other people since she split with Billy; but her boyfriends were never parental figures to Johnny and Katie. Victoria also has an adult son Reed Hellstrom who is a musician and lives in another state, he is the son of one of her prior husbands - that husband's character name is "J.T. Hellstrom". Mentioning all of Victoria's known children because of the obvious potential storylines if Claire is really Victoria's NotDead daughter Eve.

Chelsea raped Billy Abbott (years ago when B.Abbott was portrayed by Billy Miller). Since that time, Chelsea and Billy had a brief romance (yes he was with his rapist) and were engaged. That was when Burgess Jenkins briefly portrayed Billy Abbott. That romance was thankfully nixed and Chelsea returned to her ex Adam Newman. Chelsea and Adam have been on-again off-again for many years, through several castings of Adam. Chelsea and Adam share a son who is preteen or young teen. The boy character is named Connor Newman. (not to be confused with actor Conner Floyd who portrays Chance Chancellor). Yes Jason Thompson used to play Patrick Drake on GH and now portrays Billy Abbott on Y&R. In the past year Billy and Chelsea became friends when he literally talked her off the ledge, stopping her suicide. It has turned into a romance. (ewww). Chelsea was off-canvas for a few months due to actress Missy Claire Egan being on maternity leave but she returned to canvas last week.

Victoria, Victor, and Nick have been gone from Genoa City less than a day, maybe only a few hours. They took the private jet from Genoa City, Wisconsin to whatever airport is nearest to wherever Jordan lives in Oregon. Jordan and Claire haven't changed clothes since Jordan's first appearance. This sequence of luring, traveling, capture, poisoning, stabbing, antidote, police arrival, and arrest ... has played out in a few hours of character time. wtf?

You said you're new to regular watching of Y&R, and I think you are wondering where is the regular discussion of Canadian day-ahead episodes? The Canadian day-ahead episodes are spoilers in the USA, so not discussed on the regular Unspoiled monthly discussion threads. If there is a spoiler thread for the current month/season/sweeps; or a spoiler thread for a specific storyline/character/event, then Y&R day-ahead Canadian episodes are often discussed on such spoiler threads, or discussed on the weekly promo threads, etc.

For every episode, GH posts the last five minutes of the episode on their facebook page. They've been doing this for 3 years. They started doing it in 2020 due to all the ABC news local and national news bulletins about COVID (and bulletins about politics) interrupting the end of the show. They continued this and still do it. They do this daily for ALL new episodes (even if there is no news interruption). Here's the last five minutes of Monday N ov. 27 with the still image tribute to Tyler Christopher at the very end:

I watched only ABC soaps. And then I picked up Days and Y&R due to them being watched by people I knew. I watched B&B briefly when the Avants were on. But I've never seen a single episode of As The World Turns. I never heard of Colleen Zenk until a month ago - that may seem sacrilege to this board, but it is what it is. I take everyone's word for it that Zenk is a good actress, and I believe you; but so far, I've seen her in only a few episodes of Y&R. Jordan is written as a cartoon villain. I'm sure Zenk is doing what she can with what's written and I respect that. But this type of camp writing/production is just not interesting to me.

For most online shows, that happens for me, regardless of the streaming provider. I have learned to be alert to the episode being about to end. Then I hold my computer mouse ready. The credits section starts to shrink into a corner as another show starts to load in the main screen. The second the that credits start to shrink in the corner, I put my mouse on the those credits and they come back up to regular size, and the other show stops loading. Then I can watch the credits. It takes practice to time it just right. If I miss it, then I restart the episode and fastfoward to near the end, and try again. (I watch on a computer. Not sure how this would if watching on a phone). I had to discontinue my peacock subscription a few months ago. But that's what I did when I had it. I don't know if the peacock process has changed since then.

Fyi there is some website out there that calls itself "soapoperamagazine.com" Back in September, when Billy Miller passed away, an article from that website was circulating saying he died from a neurological disorder. At that time, I looked into the website, and discovered it had been around only since February 2023, and their content didn't look reputable. (They later removed that incorrect article and replaced it with the correct information via the statement from his mother). That website no longer has an "about" page. Has anyone heard of those writers before? There are many soap writers I'm unfamiliar with. They have a sketchy article up now that has the title: "The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Aunt Jordan and Claire Caught and Cuffed" -link- which sounds like a headline but then if you click to read, it gives *speculation* based on that Nov. 18 tweet from Christian Le Blanc that shows him with Hayley Erin and Colleen Zenk with a barred window in in the background. -link to tweet- The headline makes it definitive but the writeup says it's speculation. I don't really care about any of that... there are many viewers who are speculating about CLB's tweet. We are all trying to guess what might happen. Colleen Zenk has been replying to or retweeting a few comments on her presence on Y&R. She's appreciating that fans are welcoming her back to daytime. She retweeted somebody's post linking to that "soapoperamagazine.com" article. Does Colleen know that "soapoperamagazine.com" is not a well-known site? Or would it matter? Maybe it's just fun for her to read the buzz about her being on Y&R, and not intended to be a serious endorsement of anything.

Thanks. The Oct. 6 episode is the Dano podcast where Zenk talks about her cancer among other things. Many of the podcast platforms I checked have only that episode (so far). Spotify has the *new* Dano podcast where Zenk talks about Y&R. That new episode is dated Nov. 20. Hopefully the other podcast platforms will have it soon. The new episode is dated Nov. 20 and they say near the end that it was recorded Nov. 16.
