  1. Quantus is a nobody poll here. Meanwhile: I am loath to post Yashar, but:
  2. Meanwhile, no, this is not going to energize his numbers or magically find new voters eager to vote for inciting bomb threats against schools. This is both disgusting and very bad for Trump/Vance.
  3. Smart. There are no actual numbers, just the Harris team spinning claiming they're weak (which post-debate state polls are not bearing out) to keep energizing the base.
  4. lol don't go in there. Meanwhile: The Loomer saga is breaking through. I used to have these same questions about Hope Hicks for the record, but most access journos like Haberman, Nuzzi, etc. all fostered personal relationships with Hicks. Loomer is too rabid for that.
  5. The Atlantic once again takes a bold contrarian stance, only to get ratioed and fall on its face mid-article while the author begins equivocating on Twitter admitting his own headline is wrong and responding to Trump bots created in July.
  6. They already went down there and have real stakes, so yeah I'd rather watch them than yet another story being hijacked for more of over the hill Jason, whose usefulness has long since run out for this show.
  7. A good WaPo piece from David Ignatius re: Harris in the Situation Room as VP. (Apparently not paywalled, at least for me)
  8. They're trying so hard, but nothing is sticking outside of the dead-ends.
  9. The lovely and talented Spencer Treat Clark (Steven Frame, AW), last seen by many of us whilst getting railed by fellow soap kid Jake Weary on Animal Kingdom, is one of the undead in the much-delayed straight-to-Max adaptation of Stephen King's Salem's Lot. (My favorite of his books, for the record) You can see him both alive and dead here:
  10. And nothing will change because they bumped the numbers a little. Tired.
  11. This should probably be put in here too. Absolutely incredible.
  12. Of course Jason has to be key to the Lucky in Africa business. God.
