  1. Same. But I admit I was bias due to a certain underrated lady...
  2. That's a good one. I was happy to see Kelly and Joey winded up together, but she had an uphill battle after Heather Tom. Though I am bias.
  3. YOu are just now learning of Charity Rahmer? You missed out for sure. lol. I remember the tale in real time, too, it was so bad all over soap fandom. I love Randy, but I feel the same way.
  4. To be fair, the only time he showed a hint of playboy was Week 1/2 and then his date with Ashley that Dani crashed. He totally came across like a playboy...and I've mostly disliked him and got off the Dani/Andre wagon because of it. Otherwise, I agree he gets more show than tell. None. That's the one thing I don't like (okay the main thing) with Ashley and Andre. It was at least established they have a history of friendship but they haven't seen each other in two years cuz he was jetsetting while she was entering her relationship with Derek. It would have been nice if they developed the friendship more (better?) than what they showed so I could understand what Andre sees of Ashley. Well, at first they showed it on Andre's side of that 'childhood friend' crushing. But I don't feel like that was developed from Ashley.
  5. Hush you!!! Don't even put that out there in the Universe!!! Well with Liz, her and Britt were romantic rivals over Nik...including that weird (but slap good) catfight at Wyndermere. Lucas...I can only assume it's cuz Britt is Brad's BFF and he's so anti-Brad now that her presence is a reminder.
  6. Exactly!!! At least Sasha had development.
  7. I like what Andre has been wearing, too. And with Dani, he be popping.
  8. It definitely was a nice cliffhanger. Bill walking up to Joey.
  9. LOL!!! I finally got to her first appearance and so far...I feel she's an upgrade and was dreading her saying Papa. So great to hear. And YES she really does favor Scarlett Johannsen.
  10. That's one thing that I have liked actually. Since Steve Burton came back, it had started to feel like a reset. A Jason with boundaries with Sonny and Carly? Who knew? Of course, that was under PM and I was looking forward to THAT Jason. A Jason who wanted to be there for his kids...and at the time it looked like PM was going to do a Sins of the Father storyline with his and Drew's kids. A Jason who was single and so were his popular love interests and they were all organically interacting. A Jason who...just wanted to do coffee inventory at the warehouse lol. Of course that last part was silly so I had hoped as what was mentioned above earlier...that he would become a WSB agent since the writers appeared to be keeping Brennan in town and it would have been a refreshing route to go with Jason that would give his fans the action they expect from Jason without redoing mob stuff. More important, Jason focusing on his kids was bringing him back into the Q fold...loooooooooong overdue, but well-timed since the Qs were becoming THE family again for the first time in years. But of course we know how things ended with PM. And the New/Old writers were quick to put Jason back in 'factory settings' without any kind of acknowledgement of his growth with Sonny. So it's been refreshing now that the writers appear to have found a rhythm in their writing and some time has passed, that Jason does appear to be somewhat back on that direction that PM started. It's part of the reason what's happening this week does feel earned from his POV. If not him, then Tracy. Most of all, Steve really has been emoting since he came back, no matter how silly the situation is *cough*Annaforcedromance*cough* I think the reset is already here. The writers just have to keep going. And not fumble it. And their odds are 50/50.
  11. Yeah, this episode was a liiiitttle better. It helped that Joey/Vanessa/Doug were back. Sad they didn't pick up from the cliffhanger. However, I was enjoying the insight that Vanessa was giving into her and Doug's life. Even though Joey is the last person to be doing that with. And I was enjoying all things Dani and Andre for the first time in a minute. Still side-eying.
  12. I can totally see Colby as Zoe. And I'm already over Jacinta now that I've hit her return scenes. Her spot could easily had been Sasha if the writers allowed Sasha to keep some edge.
  13. That's the vibe I was getting as well. He really and truly is at the point where he does not like Andre and close to seeing red when he sees him. And slowly torturing Shanice when he knows she can't say anything was evil.
  14. Hehe. I was just picking on the writers more than you. I'll probably keep that in mind when I watch them though. It's been so long I don't remember why Britt disliked Carly except for the fact that it was not too soon after she kicked Jason out of her room after he broke her heart that she found out he and Carly was getting married if I remember correctly. She was shocked and I felt it was just as abrupt as Carly and Jason realizing there were still feelings between them. Clear set-up for Sonny to finally come home after Nixon Falls.
  15. I felt it was a writing choice then because it felt so abrupt and unlike Britt. Though seeing what you wrote, I could understand that now when I see it in that light. I do remember her finally being open and when Jason basically just dropped her...it was a brief moment where I felt KT emoted how Jason had just shattered Britt by her face. And then her walls snapped right back up and Britt kicked him out of her room. Even I felt how hurt she was. It was brief, but well done. I'm not sure if she could do it now either to be honest. Though I've been loving their reunion so far.
  16. I'm sure Li will ride again soon enough.
  17. I had no doubt he would sell it. Steve really has learned how to emote since his last exit.
  18. Thank you. I'm disappointed, but I have to call a spade a spade cuz the writing this week and some of last week (which I finished rewatching) had me going 'hunni, what is dis?' At least last week had the aftermath of Chels's kidnapping to hold everything together and I'm still very much interested in it this week with the brief moments we get with it. But...what else is going on?
  19. She will NEVER be Brenda. So them writers can back all the wayyyyy OFF. And I don't feel they have the writing skills to make it as fun as Brenda/Jason made it. So that means those 'wacka wacka' vibes I've been sensing in these latest scenes are going to be nails on a chalkboard for me. Eww. That said...yes, OG Britt/Jason was fine and mature. Part of the reason they failed (for me) was they started to write Britt as this heroine rather than herself in terms of that relationship (not her other stories) the last time around. It didn't work then. Cuz Britt...even back then...would have slapped Carly for stepping to her over Jason. Carly...would have slapped her back for thinking she could come in on Jason. Jason would have huffed. It would have been the right wacky fun, but more organically interesting. Let's not water Britt down now. lol. Hehe. That did cross my mind. It does track. However, since she's been in and out and in and out again (pun unintended), it just seems like Frank's at it again. At least that means he's not bored of Rory yet, but alas.
