Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
I figured as much. But still...I guess we will be getting some drama. Not at all. Haters to the left. I was not real timing OC but it's doing close to BH's numbers out of the gate. So I expect that to grow.

I can see that. Perhaps because I have experience and because of the aforementioned Ms. Wu plot, it does not at all hit me at all. Well, the wording. Cuz the set itself does seem like a backroom, but the characters and what they are doing in the scene is giving that game room I mentioned. I agree. It's been a while since Ryan's latest (?) death on GH so I was missing JL doing just that. He was a ball today, and I was loving it. Same for Ms. Silk Press Sheila. And while it's on my mind...probably cuz I'll be doing squats in a little while...I don't like Martin as a character, but Brandon's bubble was on full display and I didn't mind that AT ALL. 🥷

It does. Or more specifically a game room. I know I used to work at a restaurant that was next door to one such game room where the people never left the table and sent the workers (like the lady that was in the scene with Doug the other day) to run and get food orders for them so they never had to stop gambling. But I also said there are backrooms. And those two do exist. Now on soaps...outside of this show...there was also Ms. Wu's on GH that was a major thing when that storyline was more featured...because it was being done in a backroom of the Savoy. Though I can't remember if we saw the backroom off the top of my head.

Eva/Nicole bonding. Uh oh. But wait...still too tender to talk about? Ooooh, another piece of the puzzle. too soon as in SIX MONTHS? Like what Silk Press Sheila said on Monday. Ooooo Nicole must know about the affair! Wow. Martin and Smitty had good tension in this scene. And omg...the kids!! Not Vanessa being jealous! See? This is why I like this show. Randy should just be another typical henchman, but his history with Doug is making Doug's storyline have yet another layer. Oh...HELL-HO!!! LOL.

3-11 Another good start to the week though I do have mixed feelings. But that's because it's clear that the A story is going to be Sharon, The Giggly Heffa, and Saw-mazing Adventures, the B story is the Claire/Kyle/Summer triangle, and the Damian storyline appears to be the C plot with Amy off canvas...for now. And I've mentioned my worries about the writing when the Damian storyline isn't the dominant storyline. That said...so far, it's been pretty balanced out, so I'm not annoyed, dealing with characters I don't completely dislike. And a few new dynamics, too. Is it wrong that I was 'die, heffa, die' at Phyllis's poisoning? lol. Because that is how I felt. I found the writing annoying as a writer AND a SAW fan, but again what little that has been saving this story has been the chemistry between SC and MS. And there were some interesting interaction. And I kinda liked the riddle, but watching it somewhat I kept trying to think who would kidnap them. And the theme...forgiveness. Who do they have in common outside of sleeping partners? Cuz I am sure everyone is tired of their rivalry. So if today is the day when there is a rival of who it is...well I might see it before BTG...but I don't do the show live so it will be waiting regardless. Right now, I'm thinking Cameron is alive after all off the coda in yesterday's episode with the captor's convo with Sharon, but we will see. Meanwhile, I admit that I was not expecting Billy and Nick to come to a meeting of the minds. Those two?? I was also surprised at a Victoria sighting because I was just thinking we have not seen her in two weeks or more? And I was like 'finally' when Chance told everyone that the police got proof that the ladies had been kidnapped. FINALLY...MOVEMENT. So...Summer is finally making her play, too. And AL is playing it to the hilt now and giving vixen versus being whiny and beside herself about it. I don't like the storyline, but I like whiny Summer even less. A scheming Summer is one I have always gotten behind, so I liked watching the little ways she was making in-roads with Kyle. Using her worry about her mother. Interrupting every which way she could any dates Kyle and Claire go on. Her little 'ooh, it looks like Claire found someone' to Kyle. And...IT'S WORKING. Cuz Kyle sure did go to that bar with his body language and marking territory self. Summer walked off with her cat that ate the canary self. Not the way I wanted it to go, but as long as Summer is played as a vixen...I'm down. I'll be more down for it...when Claire allows her own claws to come out...which was also my biggest worry about JG doing a Summer/Kyle/Claire triangle when Summer was perfectly happy with Chance. And yes, I did like the new potential wrinkle of moving Holden into the Summer/Kyle/Claire triangle. Holden and Claire had nice chemistry. And it's a way to keep the actor around after the drama he will more than likely cause for Nate and Audra is done. And...Audra, Audra, Audra. Le sigh. She had yet another chance to tell Nate the complete truth about Holden. Nate was right there and talking to her about Amy being gone for a while. He asked her again directly. Audra is still deflecting. Nate is still suspicious. Still, I really enjoyed their scenes as I love the relationship. And it continues to give Audra layers. Like when she was talking to Nate about how close she's grown to Amy and expressing her worry for Amy now that she's out of town and will not be immediately coming back after treatment, but heading to her hometown. Awwww Audra got a mother figure. Those were good scenes. Cautiously optimistic for the week now that there appears to be movement in most of the stories. Oh and wardrobe has been some glaring misses this week so far.

Well...not bored yet. It's been ages since I've liked a soap that I usually watch it twice. Like I said yesterday, it was another day of B and C stories. What I really liked was that to be honest, the A plot (the trials and tribulations of Dani) and B plot (Nicole/Ted/Silk Press Sheila) are rotating debatably well. And in this case and a few other episodes, they can be moved to C plot while spotlighting other plots, characters, and dynamics. It bolds well for when the new A plots and B plots start up (beyond May Sweeps?). And I have complete confidence that when they finally officially climax, there will already be a new central plot slowly simmering in the background...assuming it is not already (looking at you, Martin murder secret). Since the first episode, I figured that Jacob and Naomi was our initial tentpole young couple. So they would get drama eventually so thank you, Bill/Dani. I'm in the minority, but I love them. Of course, I'm bias because like I said yesterday and on other threads, I'm a sucker for the good guy cop. I like that their drama (so far) has been realistic and relatable. And since the first frame of them was them having sex all day, I know they love each other, and I want them to work it out. So I am happy they came to an understanding. For now. I was happy we got another flashback and probably a bit of foreshadowing for them. Not helped by the introduction of Jacob's partner. I agree with Jacob. He's an a$$. Bill and Dani are sooooo having hate sex, aren't they? lol. I loved the double press conference. And how Dani outmaneuvered him by playing it to the hilt. And taking accountability...which she was already doing on screen in spite of everyone trying to get her out of her mess. We even got a cute Vernon/Anita scene where they finally voiced Dani's fragile state. Not helped by that coda of her with her phone. And then Bill is basically cyberstalking her, too? No wonder Caroline/Tomas had their little convo hinting at the fact that Bill and Hayley are already having cracks in their marriage. Poor Silk Press Sheila. She's not expecting that Eva longs for a father. Or that she might have grown to care about her targets. And that actress is playing it sooooo well. I'm looking forward to answers to this plot because there are so many theories and I'm down for it. But we know I love Nicole and am so invested in her and her family. Good choice to have them as the B plot. I'm always here for the Have-Nots. LOL. That's how you do humor. js. AND we get the tea. I really love the Kat/Chelesa relationship. They get such good scenes. And it reminds me of how me and my cousin are. And I really love how Kat had NO reaction to Chelesa and her sexuality. Come thru, 2025!!! It should be a non-issue. And soaps really do not explore bisexuality too much at all. Or the concept of no labels. I'm not sure how I feel about TomKat yet. Love you, Toups, but the online community has already dubbed it. While I love Kat, I still need a feel for the acting playing Tomas. On paper, they sound perfect given how ambitious they both are. And their first scene was good. But this episode I was meh. Shoutout to wardrobe because those conference dresses were WOOF!!!
