Add me to the WTF about S and Grigor! Yikes! As for the little spat, Serena apologized to Maria when she didn't have to. Too bad she had to do that when she was having a "private" conversation with her sister over the phone and the reporter (are they still called that) put that in the article. She didn't owe Maria anything, but it was big of her to do it. She felt Maria was pulled into her situation and wanted to reach out and apologize. BTW, she never mentioned Maria by name, so Maria was out of line for going at S in the press. As for her opinion on the rape of the 16 year old, that is her opinion, and she is entitled. I just need the people to keep certain things to themselves. Serena's thoughts on that case are not much different from my own, but I don't wish to offend, so I keep it to myself because no matter if it's public or private, my opinion will still be my own. I don't understand why people struggle with this concept. The world does not have to know what you believe in, and it's still valid. As for the teen. We see this case over and over and over where a woman drinks herself into a stupor, and the ONLY thing she remembers is that she said no. How convenient. Were the guy(s) drunk too? It's a shame no one ever learns from this sh!t!

At this point, I doubt if Roger can beat Serena. His game is tremendously lacking, and this, after he got that body in order?!

I figure TP will eventually get around to the mother/child thing. That should be some sort of reveal, which is why I think Candace coming off poorly is resting on how poorly The Cryers are written. We know she loves her brother and wants to be an attorney. She also looks out for Amanda. However, The Cryers don't seem to be a match for her. They are weak and uninteresting in reality. On paper, I'm sure Tyler thought he was writing The Carringtons.

And that is because the Cryers are tremendously lacking! We should be rooting for Candace, but as it stands, she looks like a bully and predator. I've said it before, the Cryers need work. Major work. Both kids are screwed up royally, and if Whyatt does not begin to show once ounce of struggle with addiction, I'm going to chew off my fingers one by one! Mom and Dad have no rooting value at all, and they are not worthy of the status that family has been given in this town. If they didn't tell us how rich and powerful they are, who'd know? The mother is as hard as a brick, and well, what can you say about papa when Candace just sexually assaults him in his office?! If they don't fix The Cryers, there is no hope for this show. Imagine every single family member of the Carringtons or Ewings having no rooting value? How long would those shows have lasted? There is not one bad ass in the bunch, and that's crazy!

Karlie is pathetic and desperate to remain on the show. And speaking of no talents who will do anything for a dime, she threw a hair show at a salon and Shay/Erica got down to it. Media Take Out is reporting that Shay was a bit bloodied afterwards.

So happy that Che Mack and Traci were MIA. I hope those two are on the chopping block. Mimi is a special piece of trash! I want to book a flight to ATL, find her and beat her ass. Missed opp here because many thought they were going to kiss. That would turn both families on their ears! That dreadfully long scene with two severely below par actors and all that came out off it is that Candace is sleeping with Dad? What a ridiculous anticlimactic mess.

The problem with the long scenes is that they are not selective. All of them are unnecessarily long and there really is no dramatic point to them. The characters are just rambling. Note to TP, this is not fleshing out characters or moving stories, they are simply just long ass scenes!

Scrolled down to the bottom w/out reading the other stuff. I don't wish to be spoiled. The first eppy was unbelievable! I loved all of it. When you have a character, a grown man, who can push a kid to what might be his death, and still add value to the show, that's some damn good writing! I just knew it would be the cliche that the kid falls while scaling the wall, but to have him pushed? Holy cow! Incestuous twins? That is pretty damn ratchet and fabulous! Ned's wife telling him that the last time he left, he brought back another woman's son? Wow! A little person as one of the leads, and he is so damn good! I love this guy He's plenty aware of his shortcomings, but that will not stop him from getting anything he wants and sticking it to those who deserve it. I'm tempted to read this entire thread from page one, but I won't. I can't wait to see what happens next! I'm in the middle of eppy S1E2.

Men's American Tennis is pathetic. We are making progress with the women, and that is great because Serena can't do this forever. She is singlehandedly carrying American Tennis. Looking forward to seeing what Maddy Keyes, Hampton and and a few others can do. I don't think Oudin will give us much and McHale seems washed up already. Nothing but struggles from her. Mattek Sands, the slob that she is, might have something left in the tank.
