Andre is going to be in pain when he finds out about Dani and Bill elevator hook up. I really hope Andre doesn't turn to Ashley. Silk Press Sheila showed a vulnerable side when it came to Eva. Maybe its a way to make her less of a one-dimensional villainess and extend the character's shelf life.

Michael Laibson became EP in May 1995 and he is EP until December 1996. Megan McTavish became HW in July 1995 and she is HW until October 1996. GL entered cancel territory in 1995 and many consider 1996 as GL's nadir. Things got so bad in 1996 that there were two weeks GL finished behind Another World (July 29-August 2 and September 9-13) and two weeks GL tied Another World (September 16-20 and September 30-October 4).

Looking back...Primetime Ratings from the 80's
@soapfan770 I pointed out Moonlighting final season as sabotage in the Tank Jobs and Sabotage thread. My feeling is Robert Iger had enough of their backstage drama, thus the move to dead zone Sunday 8 pm.

I still think it's the biggest crime in Daytime Emmy history that BM was never nominated for her work on GL. She had four consecutive nominations for Another World (1977-1980) but maybe those losses soured her on submitting her name. The early 1990s Lead Actress races were rather weak and I think if BM got nominated 1991-1993 she might have gotten at least one win.

Dallas Discussion Thread
If we're keeping it real here none of the males on Dallas ever did anything for me. Larry Hagman had numerous love interests 20+ years younger than him, but he never had a glow up and I never thought of him as being handsome.

Loved the Victor and Vernon scenes. I got the impression that Eric Braeden and Clifton Davis were having a blast acting together.

Dallas Discussion Thread
I cannot believe some of you here are checking for Patrick Duffy 😂 Between Dallas, Step by Step, and B&B, Patrick Duffy has been on television most of my life and he has never done anything for me.

Falcon Crest
To think that less than a decade later, William R Moses would be on Melrose and scaring the crap out of an entire generation. I watched his arc on Melrose in real time when I was a teen so it was jarring for me to see him on Falcon Crest as the good son. I thought Cole was like a 1980s version of 90210 Brandon.

I don't think we've ever seen the Newman helicopter on Y&R. We know about the Newman jet.
