Looks like the No. 2 soap is beefing up its hunk quotient: B&B has put out a casting call for a new, hot guy. The description reads: "Male. Caucasian. 25-28 years old. Heart throb. Very Masculine. Edgy. Not afraid to get the job done. Bit of a cad. CONTRACT ROLE."

Ya know, I agree about Brandon. I mean, I understand WHY people like him so much, but to me he's like *too* perfect looking. I dunno. Just doesn't do it for me either. Zack wasn't anything great either, in terms of acting or looks. Put him in the same category as Brian Gaskill and all the other short-lived refugee soap hunks that came and went on B&B.

A part of wishes it is Hope's older brother Deacon Sharpe Jr. aka Little D aka Eric Forrester III. Once it was announced that Amber is gone I thought that they were propably bringing him to the show.

If they want to recast Thomas they should get Brandon Beemer. I already have forgotten Owen.

I liked the little I saw of Zack Conroy on B&B.

I keep wondering when Liam will go. I'm surprised he's lasted this long, since they usually don't keep male characters for long.

The reason Liam has lasted this long is the character's last name. Brad Bell is interested in the Spencers right now. They are the new Marrones/new nu-Logans.

B&B is so focused on that ONE storyline that it's like nothing else exist. No wonder the episode count is so uneven.

Thomas obviously needs to go the bi route.

Caroline Jr needs to go. I'm not bowled over by the actress and the character is a total bore. Dayzee is already the natural fit as solid good girl.

In other B&B news, on August 9, the show had put out a casting call for a new contract male role that was described as "Caucasian. 25-28 years old. Heart throb. Very Masculine. Edgy. Not afraid to get the job done. Bit of a cad." However, the call was canceled after news of Moss's exit broke
