Kim Johnston Ulrich ain't leaving. I'd throw a fit if she did or was fired. Mike, I know you love her and I love her too, but I wouldn't worry about her.

And Rion, I'm 20 years old and the younger characters bore the hell out of me. And frankly, A TON of posters are younger people here. Sure we have some "older" posters, but it doesn't matter. Everyone has a different taste. I for one PREFER the vets because as a young adult, I have enough drama in my life with my friends.

And as much as I love the actresses who play Simone and Paloma, the characters are boring as hell and nearly pointless. I couldn't give a flying fig that they are "front-burner".

I'd much rather watch the older folks than the teens.

Younger people don't mind seeing the older people. It's the older people who don't want to see the younger ones.

I think Jessica (19years old since she was de-aged) is the only teen on the show now. Paloma should be 20, and Simone is 23.

'The Cove' is a Passions online spinoff that will feature some current characters, but there will be more teens.

You are right on though-there is no way these adults saw themsleves through their kids. All of them had their own stories and the fallout would affect the young ones when things happened. The youth had their story and so did the adults and that is why the show took off. If it was one sided towards youth all these years, we probably would not be talking about this show right now.

We SO wouldn't be talking about this show right now.

The BALANCE between Vets and Youth is what made the show worth watching.

The Vets kept us going through the very lean times.

Oh, SIPORT's recaps were cool. Back when she actually gave a damn - and I did too.

Thank you! ;)
