This is likely more so focused on Lynn's Lucy and likely as a "replacement" of sorts for Maxie within Deception. I don't see Kin being welcomed back onto that set anytime soon, given his continued social media antics.

Same here. It will be good to have Serena on the canvas, but choosing (yawn) Kelly Kruger ? Meh. There are plenty of stronger actresses out there.

She's way too freaking old for the role, WTF?

So basically, they cast this mediocre actress to shut up people that wanted Serena to finally return and when she fails, they can write her out because she was a failure. Got it!

I also thought of @Vee although I have a feeling his story suggestions were better than what we are going to get.

Neither did I. I remember her as being very twitchy and draining. Maybe she's calmed down over the years but there was no reason to not find a newer talent for this part. This is another example of production that has been in the game for so long as to become ossified.

The Maxie replacement makes sense. Hopefully Lucy will be treated with some type of respect. I agree we still won't be seeing Scott.

This return is probably 5-10 years too late. It's not going to be the same without Scotty there.

I'm not even sure who she will be paired with. I would have said Cassius, but he is probably going to be shackled to Make Joss Great Again.

I doubt they give a damn about fans who call for a Serena return. I think, as mentioned above, this is breaking some emergency glass when Frank finally realized Maxie is gone gone.
