Hayley has been enjoyable again the last couple episodes. She's digging herself in deeper and deeper and I love it. Can't wait until it all blows up in her bruised face.

I hope the new hospital CEO gets in the middle of everything. Letting employees fraternize together is one thing, but not only is Nicole involved with 3 doctors in a way, Ted is dating the head nurse, and don't forget about Ashley/Grayson. Others have mentioned how all this personal business is being played out at the nurse's station. Maybe it'll be address. Maybe Nicole should be fired and Bill could represent her in a lawsuit against the hospital. lol

This is the best show for mixing up the more minor characters: Randy, Mona, Caroline, Jan. Slipping them in and out of other stories is the proper way to use them instead of isolating them completely with only one or two other characters. It makes it feel more like a "community" when the same people are continually around.

Question: Where is Laura? why isn't she helping Anita right now? Or with the Cotillion?

I suspect they will pull Laura out again soon, or when it's time to finally bust Leslie for what she did. It seems like they had planned that for December when they thought the show might not be renewed.

Monday's show -- the 16th -- will be a repeat.

When lots of people have the day off to watch.😂

The ridiculous scheduling continues.

Yeah, I'm not sure about the choice here.

-- The Dani live stream was a good idea, but would the launch of a fashion house spokesperson include someone who was so negative and nasty? It all came off as so contrived.

-- I also didn't like the set up for the stream -- in front of the fireplace??? -- or the dress Dani wore. I've seen her look better and more fashionable almost every time.

-- Using Dani as a cliffhanger on a Friday was beyond meh.

-- The nurses' desk at Garland has become unintentionally hilarious. It's a walking HR violation. Now we're opening up sexy Valentine's Day gifts 😂

-- Lia as hospital Chief of Staff is a nice addition. I need her there to provide the edge and gossipy snark that we used to get from Shanice.

-- The Kat stuff today felt like filler.

-- Lynette is not only getting free legal services from Hamilton, but she's now costing the firm THOUSANDS of dollars a month. LMAO

-- I hope next week is better than those previews. Jacob has to move out because of his undercover work? And I hope Anita's chemo collapse plays better in the full scene than it did in those 5 seconds we got.

Nicole told Ted to stay out of her business yesterday, but inserted herself into his today. She's still having issues moving on and was very pressed.

Couldn't stand that nasty reporter at Dani's house, but she handled him well. And of course Bill would have notifications on about Dani.

LOL at Kat today when she told Vernon "mom is behaving like a protagonist from a Terry McMillan novel".

Lynette is such a vixen. The actress is such a find. I hope they have big plans for Lynette.

I agree. She's gorgeous, has some flavor and doesn't flub her lines.

I don't think they're gaslighting us about Vanessa. I think Vanessa has always been that delusional. It's baked in to the character.

Agree to disagree. It smacks of the same gaslighting as tptb writing as though Leslie didn't sexually assault someone. Having a therapist friend co-signing that narrative smacks of gaslighting to me.

Different strokes. I never need to see Derek again in this life. He and Tomas are still the single weakest links on this show.

Let's not go crazy, I didn't say I loved him. I can better tolerate him, in small doses away from Ashley. BG, AA and BC are all weak links afaic.

On a separate note, the hospital administrator comes off as something of an overseerer-- not a good look during Black History Month. Just calling it like I see it.
