So, I agree that it's on Deidre and I agree there is an obvious issue. The show could also lean into this by saying Marlena feels uncomfortable sharing her feelings over John and still hasn't accepted it. Thus being stiff and awkward while the other ladies have come more to terms with their losses.

Couldn't they hire the mop that played the back of Laura's head on GH to fill in for Dee or Suzanne? Or does the mop want too much money?

I would have preferred the mop.

Wasn't it stated on-screen at some point that Marlena and Maggie's friendship took a hit because of her relationship with Victor after he did something nefarious?

With the positioning of Julie across from Marlena and Maggie it gave her an authority that she deserves, almost like she was reminding them, no matter what, she'll always be the HBIC or Queen Bee. Completely fictionalized in my mind, but the thought amused me.

What I really yearn for is a prominent Marlena/Maggie one on one scene for us to really analyze.

They'd have to do a split screen, and there's no time or money for that, lol.

Dee and Suzanne were like mannequins in that scene but Dee was giving off ice that would have flooded the Sahara.

Would it have made any difference if Susan had have been in the middle? Then Dee and Suzanne would have been apart and in each others eyeline., so at least it would have looked like there was some connection.

They could've been staged like the Supremes on "The Ed Sullivan Show" and it still would've been hella awkward.

It might have when Victor betrayed Marlena with the whole Kristen/Brady wedding saga with the tape of the Eric/Kristen rape being exposed, but I can't recall.

When John was helping Maggie with Konstantin he kept expressing how Maggie was their good friend, so that's where I assumed it was at currently.

Yes, exactly!

At least Suzanne was trying to make eye contact with Dee.

Dee should look at Bea Arthur and her professionalism toward Betty on "The Golden Girls." She could learn something from Bea.
