Ashley is no victim. She never wanted Derek. She now wants Andre which is only a few months old. Derek deserves better.

We don't know yet... Just after Dani texted Andre that she'll see him soon at the airport, she seemingly got another text with news we're unaware of, which she seemed surprised by. Then she rain to the airport and told him the trip is off. I'm hoping we know tomorrow.

Naomi and Ashley are really the worst. Their friendship keeps making more and more sense. Are they really justifying destroying someone's property? Yes Derek lied about his recovery, but how exactly is he manipulating Ashley - Ashley either wants to be with him or she doesn't. She is a grown ass woman who threw that relationship away the first time for a man she doesn't even know. Meanwhile, she was lying too. AND not Naomi and Ashley pretending like Ashley's continued emotional cheating is somehow less bad.

Exactly. Ashley is the one that proposed to him. He was single and ready to move on and handle his reovery himself but she decided to insert herself back into his life. If anything she emotionally manipulated him by baiting him into getting back with her knowing what his feelings were. She sought him out, not the other way around

She's a Saint wannabe... It's naturally she would paint herself as the victim... While in reality nobody forced her to do anything.

She's the type of bitch that leaves you at your most vulnerable just because she feels the itch down there. Disgusting piece of s-it.

-- This is not "How Stella Got Her Groove Back." Derek made mistakes, but he's not evil, and what Ashley did was WORSE.

-- Ashley and Naomi acting like that burnt orange recliner had to be removed immediately shows what children they are. Look around her apartment. It looks like IKEA had a 90% OFF sale and Ashley bought them out with her $700 credit limit Chase VISA.

-- Naomi's treatment of Derek is disgusting. I think we know why her only friend in town is Basic Ashley.

-- Jan didn't join Eva and Leslie for a meal at the country club. They invited her to show up AFTER they ate, and then Leslie fed her dessert because she wants something from Jan.

-- Leslie is paying off some rando's operation but can't give cleaning woman Jan a couple dollars. What a friend.

-- No one in the history of money ever made $1M go as far as Leslie.

-- If Kat is a "spoilt bitch," so is Eva. Pretending that one of them is good and the other is evil is hilarious.

-- I'm all for redressing sets, but that corner at the airport was WAY too similar to the coffee shop corner (or whatever it is) we've seen. And whoever layered the crowd sounds over that scene needs to rethink. Sounded like the place was MOBBED with people. Entirely too loud.

-- I am intrigued by what Dani saw in that photo/on her phone at the end, but how they got there was a bit ridiculous. Andre is sitting at the airport waiting and Dani was still at home  throwing things into a suitcase? What?

Am I the only one noticing Jan is dressing and styled a lot better ever since bending the knee for crazy-ass rich Leslie? LOL.

The problem is that the writers are thinking Ashley/Naomi are the good guys and Derek is an evil entity that is holding poor sweet Ashley back with his manipulative ways.

Thankfully most of the audience still have working brains and eyes and they aren't buying what the writers are selling.  Ashley will be that individual that'll wake up one day when she's the same age as Jan and be regretful about where her life is... but unlike her mother, will naturally blame others instead of herself.

Naomi, on the other hand, is being a world class witch to all men because she hasn't dealt with the anger she feels at her father over how he treated her mother...and I think she lashes out and never fully trusts Jacob because deep down she fears she'll be like her mother when she actually is more like her father than her mother.

 

I think the writers have cooled on both Ashley and Naomi tbqh. They're nominally still 'good' people but they make a lot of bad choices.
