Same. And also a realistic conflict for her and Jacob to deal with given that Jacob gives big family vibe.

I really loved the frankness of Naomi and Jacob's  conversation and the spiciness of Andre and Dani.

 

 

 

Was this the first time since the premiere episode seeing Derek shirtless?  About time!  

Shouldn't Naomi and Jacob had this conversation about kids before they married... or did one of them change their mind?   It's probably better if they don't have kids because Naomi tends to be selfish and Jacob would probably do all the parenting... or wouldn't do any of the parenting.

Uhm, Naomi legitimately said in today's episode how she expressed [previously] to Jacob that she did not want kids, and that they had discussed.

Yes, I saw that part of Naomi's and Jacob's conversation, too. Naomi also said that, with "everything" that had been going on recently, she may well have messed up with her birth control pills. So barring something contrary coming to light, it seems that they agreed not to have kids and the newly revealed pregnancy was accidental.

Naomi wasn't the only one with pregnancy test results. A few minutes before Naomi's "reveal," Haley had a negative test. It made me almost feel like Haley tests herself every day. Although I liked the juxtaposition of Naomi's test "right after" Haley's, I hope Haley doesn't take any more tests for a while--those tests almost make me feel like I'm watching B&B. I think it's time for Haley and Bill to split for a while.

I actually love that. It’s very rare on soaps where they write everyone as desperately wanting children. It’s also true to my own life where I’m perfectly content being an uncle but have literally zero interest in having children in this world.

Bill really has some damn nerve. And no I do not ship Bill and Dani. He’s a serial cheater that decided to marry his daughter’s best friend but now that Dani is moving on, he suddenly can’t get over her. Save it. 

Also Joey just playing in Donnell’s face really just infuriated me along with his dumb ass slut of a mom.

Next week looks absolutely insane. This was a great week of soap for me.

I've not even seen it but I just know Jacob is ready to have that same hapless look on his face he gets with Marcel or his dad (Evil Overton) when he finds out Naomi's not into this.

-- We've been told Bill constantly slept around. Then he married his daughter's best friend. Now his priority is to make sure his ex-wife ends her relationship. Bill is trash, and THE DUPREES should hate him.

-- No gold stars for Dani, either. She marries Andre, doesn't want an annulment or divorce, and then tells him she doesn't want to live with him? Andre should kick her to the curb.

I don't think he has ever been shirtless. He was wearing an apron in the premiere.

Derek has been shirtless a couple of times already. He was when he had the love scene with Ashley and when he first moved into the apartment and he decided to take the first shower 😊
