-- This entire show is deplorable, and I bemoan the increase in ratings. If we can't get rid of Josh Griffith, there is no hope.

-- Cliffhanger Friday? The entire hour was business stories -- who's taking over what company, who's pretending to side with whom and acting as a mole, how every company needs to guard against takeovers, etc.

NOBODY -- not one company -- works at selling things or marketing a product. Every company works toward a hostile takeover and bringing the other guy down.

NONE of it makes sense.

-- Cane returns as a multi-billionaire who's brilliant and powerful. Does he have a team of high-powered executives and lawyers working for him other than Amanda? No. He hires f_ucking Billy and Phyllis, of all people -- two misfits who have failed at so many business ventures I lost count.

-- There's no sense detailing all the things wrong with these business stories and this show. As others have said, it's all so lazy and incompetent.

Sadly, you are correct on every point.

Poor Audra! Has she lost Vibrante for good?? Hope not-it was going to be a disruptor in the cosmetics field and super innovative-the first company to take on the established giants w/o staff, offices or products.

So Victor summons Cane to work together to destroy...the Abbotts!!! Ooooh that was totally a shocking turn of events.

Why? Uhm, because that's what Victor always threatens to do? The old geezer doesn't even know himself. Is it because his newly found grandaughter has the nerve to date an Abbott?

Seeing how his wife, daughter and the man himself all married Abbotts, it seems a trifle lame.

Oh, and his other daughter is also half Abbott...

Jill, I love you, but Lord have mercy. I couldn't even make it 10 minutes until it went to mute.

I did like Claire and Nikki's black outfit.

That's all I got.

So... I havne't seen any of this, I made the decision to stop watching when Jeanne Cooper died (Seemed like a nice place to end it) so I gather from reading this thread that they killed off Phillip Chancellor IV, and they couldn't spring for an airplane ticket for Jess and Tricia to come back for a few episodes? They couldn't even drive up to Lake Arrowhead and convince Thom to pull a scene or two out of his a$$?

-- Kyle yells that he has to stop Audra once and for all. Can't he just effing stay away from her? Make it make sense.

-- The Daniel/Phyllis scenes in the park were PAINFUL. Is that all he does all day -- go to the park to strum his guitar? Get a job, Daniel. And a half dozen scenes with his mother....my God.

-- Nate looked good today.

Nate looks good everyday. Didn't realize he is 46 years old.

Meanwhile Victoria..

That didn't work. But you know what? My guess is tat Amelia Heinle liked it because it's different and unusual and something to take her mind off those mind-numbingly boring scripts.

Jack said to Cane his 2 kids.  Still no mention of his son Sam, that he had an affair with Juliette, which broke up Lily and Cane for good

Jill said to Billy on the video chat re: Chance, that Nina had lost her only son.  No mention of Ronan.
