Now that I finally have arrived at Lucky's last episode...pardon my french and I know I missed a few episodes so early apologies just in case...but *in my Caroline Brooks's voice*WHAT THE FRAK WAS THAT?!?!*Caroline Brooks*

 

It's funny in light of what I just posted in the spoiler thread to the latest soap hopping news, but it bears a paraphrase...how do you mess up a legacy character's return like this? Especially one who has not been on screen in ages??? I don't give a good kitty about that lame throwaway line about Lucky going around town seeing everyone he needed to talk to. He's connected to soooo many people. They should have SHOWN that. Heck, they should have kept the stuff with the trial (and Drew ain't #$% for what he did with Wiley) and either the Chase (he's a good man Savannah for being ride-or-die for BLQ during this)/BLQ scenes or (personally the ones I love) Rocco/Gio scenes because they kept the flow/momentum of the Gio/Baby reveal going even if it was the B plot this episode. Drop the rest to keep the flow/A story of the week going which is clearly all things Michael/Willow trial and focus on Lucky getting a better farewell.

 

Cuz...Liz looked over it. Lulu could have fought a little bit harder. And a one line comment about his kid won't cut it when said kid could have been on-screen. And most importantly and what has me heated...WHERE THE FRAK WAS LAURA??? Again if it was already explained apologies. 

 

All I have to say is unbias my A@#, blocked filming my A@#.

 

Since he's gone and now a frame of reference can now be observed, definitely not a good return for a legacy character and a disgrace for one of Laura's kids.

I always thought it was dumb the way Curtis and Jordan broke up.

There might be a really difficult story coming up.  It was noted on the GH Reddit board that Outback is the breed of dog that is often used for medical testing.  It seems likely that he escaped from Dalton's lab, and we will be seeing some animal testing in the near future.

I agree as well about Jordan, Portia, Isaiah, Curtis.  I am not interested in half the quad (Curtis, Jordan), but it's so much better than Jordan/Portia fighting/chasing Curtis like he's some great prize.  Isaiah brings more balance to the storyline.

I was also curious why Michael hasn't told Willow he never knew she came to see him.  I wonder if he thinks she's lying about that or Michael thinks Carly or Sonny didn't put Willow on the list of people to see him.

Anyway, I know a lot of posters don't like the pool set, but I love it!  It's so fun and feels so Summer.  It's silly when folks show up in full suits and career wear to have meetings there or when Curtis swims "laps" and the pool is the entire length of Donnell Turner's body, but I still like the different atmosphere it brings.

LOL the people dressed in full suits and career wear -- that makes me wonder, aren't they itchy and sweaty in the hot sun?

And yes it's a tiny set.

Damn, they really botched the press conference scenes today. Treating it all like a big stupid joke, and writing Cody like a buffoon was, definitely not the way to go.

I did like Jordan and Portia's fight though, even though Portia was a bit of a douche lol

And, Kai tipping off Drew could be really interesting.

Agree with this all.

Cody is hot. They could do so much more with his character. Too bad they're choosing not to.

Portia was major douche (LOL) today. I like her, but they keep pulling her down the wrong road.
