Total agreement.  But wasn't AW wonderful with all those servants?  Louise, Brooks, Rocky, Karl (never seen), Beatrice, Helga, Sven, Vivian, etc.  None of the post-Lemay servants ever seemed to resonate, nor did any of them last very long.  I do think BTG would benefit from casting at least one servant for Anita and Vernon.  And perhaps another for Nicole and Ted.  The show needs more have-nots for the different perspective.

I like that the Martin story hasn't been frequent.  The nightmares are airing only periodically.  Each time, we viewers see more of the accident or whatever happened.  I think we might (or at least I might) be annoyed if we saw the nightmares too often.  At this point, I've become more curious, and so, when it's finally revealed, I think the timing will be just right.

I am a couple days behind, but is it just me or do some of the glimpses of Martin's nightmare look like a police traffic stop?

It is clear the secret involves some sort of roadside incident so it could have been a police stop. And tge Duprees support a police foundation could one of the clues that Martin's secret involves the police.

I actually get murdered in a lot of dreams and it always wakes me up.

I actually haven’t had an issue with the reveal of Martin’s secret personally as my main focus has been on Eva and Leslie and they have continued to deliver. I’ve also enjoyed watching BC get more comfortable in the role of Martin and I can actually buy his relationship with Smitty now.

Yes, of course, all of those servants added to the overall picture at AW & also people had relationships with those servants!

I like it when Anita asks after one of the servants at the club, how their children are doing & like that.

We probably won't get any of our CBS soaps today cause of the Pope stuff, cause you know they have to air it on regular network despite having 24/7 news channels

Bringing this over from the soccer/soaps ratings thread yesterday:  Errol said: "CBS put out a notice that it could preempt at a moment's notice as the Pope selection continues, dependent on how long it takes, of course."

New pope just chosen, name to be announced soon.

Yeah CBS-NewYork channel 2 is airing Pope coverage instead of Y&R right now.

Yeah I saw it and it's still idiotic. I like the Pope, but it's not interrupt shows newsworthy
