Members I Am A Swede
I think it looks very much like the kind of dress I'd expect from Forrester Creations. They're not exactly an avant-garde fashion house.

Members Maxim
The beginning of today's episode is exact copy/homage to the first 30 seconds of the debut episode of Bold. I instantly recognized this and decided to make this comparison clip. I hope you guys like it. Members ReddFoxx
So my mom turned on CBS for Beyond The Gates before B&B was gone and I had to give her a cliff notes version of B&B. It was so campy that she was asking questions, lol.
Members ranger1rg
LMAOOOOOO It's just a plain white wedding dress, and Brooke moved in like like she had a stick up her ass. The cheers and applause for it were insane. There's no other way to watch this than as a campfest. Only on BOLD does a woman in a wedding dress get a guy to rethink his entire marriage.
Members edgeofnik
Great job! That would've been perfect for the 38th Anniversary show. TK actually captured some of RM's vibes.
Members Maxim
OK. I've lived to see the times where this is what a mid 60s woman looks like. This is just unbelievable. I don't care how she got there (haters will say it's only plastic surgery, but I disagree)... - she looks spectacular. I didn't care about the dress... I was mesmerized by HER. Bradley Bell still got a goldmine with this lady and he better use it! Wink-wink, the people from the spoilers topic... know what I'm talking about. Members Fevuh
What’s odd is my memory of the space with glasshouse or skylights - I thought was what Spectra looked like.
Members dragonflies
Did you see Casey on Twitter? Basically admitting his and Brad's KKL/Brooke bias/obsession KKL is gorgeous but that dress looks AWFUL On her
Members Maxim
I didn't like the dress either... but Bold has been dressing the ladies in a horrible way for a long time now. I've grown accustomed to it. I rarely like their clothes these days and don't even start me on the hairstyles. The scene was cringe, but I still loved KKL in it. She made it work, like she's done so many times. But I still think storyline-wise it's absurd to put Brooke in a wedding dress and have people go WOW... at this point. She has violated the symbol of a wedding dress 30+ times. She's married and annulled so many marriages... that at this point wedding dress doesn't MEAN A THING for Brooke. And yes I did laugh out loud when Ridge was acting like he's seeing a 20 year old bride in a white dress for the first time. It was unintentionally so over the top... that I couldn't help but laugh. I'm sure that we'll see Brooke in virginal white (one of the main symbols of the wedding dress) when she's in her early or mid 70s. That's just the type of show Bold is. And I'm here for it. LOL. And then Taylor and Steffy looking at Brooke... like sad puppies from a distance... it's really SO CLEAR that Taylor is here only to make storyline for Brooke and Ridge and NOTHING MORE. Rebecca Budig is being given the lowest of the low material. Sorry that I have to say it. She'll be gone in a year or two and forgotten that she ever existed till Brooke and Ridge get really boring again and have to be broken up. I just... laugh. And that's the best I can do with this show.
Members ranger1rg
This is great -- and I really appreciate it. It actually sent me to You Tube To rewatch the entire first episode. And yes to your point that Ronn Moss will always be Ridge. He's an absolutely terrible actor, but he's so watchable as Ridge, capturing the essence of that character.
Members I Am A Swede
Please, if the writing is biased in anyone's favour it's for Steffy. Brooke has, over the years, repeatedly lost, been humiliated, beaten down and ridiculed. When has that ever happened to Steffy? She's always painted as being right, noone ever gets to call her out on her behaviour even when she berates other people for things she herself has done. Brad is so desperate to portray her in a positive way that he goes to great lengths to portray her as a victim, even when that really doesn't play to JMW's strengths as an actress. He has even completely done a 180 on Hope's character to be able to play Steffy as the wronged one.
Members Maxim
I agree. The show has been shamelessly pro-Steffy for years now. For a very long time. TOO LONG, if you ask me. And not only that, but Brad is ignoring her history. He's done it with Brooke too, but not to that extent. I've seen people forgive Brooke easily and glorify her after everything she's done... but I've also seen Brooke's history constantly shoved in her face. It's 50-50. She's been judged and ridiculed for things that happened decades ago. Steffy, on the other hand... rarely gets a reality check, if not ever. Her fans act like she's this morally superior person, but she isn't. I would love to see someone like Hope actually defend themselves by using facts and prior history. Brooke was very good at that back in the day. These days, all she does while Steffy berates her... is look sad and breathe. Steffy can be leveled down very easily. She's throwing stones while living in a glass house. And Brad only polishes her glass house and does nothing to even out the two sides. Forrester/Logan. We are made to believe that Steffy can do no wrong, which makes her appear as a narcissistic bully and no the heroine Brad wants her to be. We remember. It's not my problem that some people have only watched the show in it's final years. They should go back to 2008 and watch from JMW's beginning. Steffy was THE NEW GENERATION HO of the show for years. She used to brag about that and use her sexuality to terrorize Hope Logan. We remember. We do.
