One thing I’ll say about Willow is that they’re starting to acknowledge how willfully blind and self-destructive she is, an easy target for con men and megalomaniacs like Shiloh and Drew. And MacMullen has improved; her performance perks up when she gets to play Willow as more than just a passive victim.

This, to me, is an upgrade from when she spent half a year reclining on the couch because she was keeping her cancer a secret.

I knew Willow was a hoe, but I didnt realize she was this much of a DUMB hoe! So Im watching an episode from last week and she tried to call Sasha out on being a hypocrite and one of her arguments was that she got pregnant by Jason when he was grieving Sam. WTF?! First of all Sam was dead and even bigger, they WERE NOT together and hadnt been in years. She is really grasping at straws trying to justify her trifleness

porsha-thats-a-reach.gif

Also this entire conversation is highly unprofessional. You are a nurse and Sasha is a patient. Just do your damn job. All this nastiness, shad and antagonizing her while she is pregnant in your care is enough to be written up. If I was Sasha, Id report her. Heffa

They’re making sure to make Willow absolutely insufferable. I’m genuinely starting to think she won’t care about any information she gets about Drew’s deceitfulness.

I tell you it was a sign. This one day Will-hoe talking to Chase & I said to myself, Here we go, Self-Awareness 101, a first step & let's see what Chase will say ... He said, and I quote: You are a good person & everyone knows it.

Well, I just about cried. That was the day I realized Chase is stupid.

I figure we're gonna get Chillow & if you add up 2 dumb people then what you get is one giant bore. Snoozefest.

I liked this recast when it happened in 2012; I was not a fan of Lexi Ainsworth's original stint (2009–2011), so when Lindsey Morgan came in headstrong with a brand-new attitude (despite not loving the idea of the Mob Princess), I welcomed it. It was a nice change. However, since experiencing Ainsworth's second stint (2015–2023) and then re-watching some of Morgan's work, it was a huge downgrade in casting. For me, Morgan & Kate Mansi go hand-in-hand; however, I still believe Mansi is more tailormade for a character like Kristina than Morgan ever was.

It's evident that both Mansi & Morgan's Kristina are written alike: headstrong and almost bullheaded, while Ainsworth (especially during her second stint) is more free-spirited. I'd love for more of the free-spirit Kristina to be put into the writing for Mansi, especially if they are not going to make her the head of the Corinthos organisation, like we first suspected during the final few months of Ainsworth's second tenure.

We need non-familiar connectors, like Sasha (pre-Scorpio retcon) but she's been worn out.  Honestly, she still should have been Nina's daughter (not retconned twins Nelle/Tree). I don't see her being cut, especially with her Scorpio-retconned family ties.

Lindsay Morgan's Kristina felt like an entirely different Kristina.  I don't think GH ever mentions her marriage to Trey and his death.  That whole Joe Scully/Kate/Connie era was a rough watch, so I don't think it's entirely LM's fault.  Mansi lines up more with Ainsworth to me although I think Lexi is warmer and more sympathetic as an actress.

Sasha was fine when she was first introduced.  I don't even mind her now.  She's never felt like anything more than a fringe character to me and never should have lasted this long though.  Both she and MacMullen share so many similar characteristics.  Neither actress really stands out in a good or bad way.  Willow could get an upgrade if she was faking cancer and evil this whole time.

I keep saying this but there are far too many actors who have hung on for far too long. I am amazed at how long Nina, Willow and Sasha have all been on canvas, among many others. At least Nina and Willow found some more purpose in the last year.

LMAO I forgot about him doing it for Sam. Yes, someone should straight up not buy it and bring this up.

Considering the whole Jake paternity debacle as well no one should believe anything Jason says about children's conceptions.

Don't ask me why, but I feel like since Mansi took over the role, Trey has really become a non-subject; she might have mentioned him once, in passing, to Alison (a.k.a. Blaze). Ainsworth is warmer and more sympathetic as an actress; I couldn't have seen Mansi in the Dud of Day storyline at all; she's too much in the role for it to have worked with anyone but Mansi.

I don't remember Kristina ever mentioning Trey since LM left. And good riddance!

I've said it before and I'll say it again: Willow should go full Susan Moore when she finds out Drew was with her mother and go scorched earth. Wield the Q name, Michael's power of attorney, etc. and make life hell for everyone who ever crossed her. Seduce poor dopey Chase because she can (who already is easy for her), shoot Drew and frame Nina, maybe blackmail Drew or force him into marriage, fake her cancer again, etc. I think KMM has the bitchy princess edge to make it work. I wouldn't keep her around forever - Susan Moore met her end too - but you could get at least another couple good years out of the character this way. Her comeuppance can begin when a recast Michael returns.

She's unreal. I dont get what they are doing with her bc she isnt getting a villian edit bc it seems like they still want to portray her like she's still a good person when in actually she is so nasty. Drew brings out the absolute worse in her. I cant wait till her fairytale blows up in her face

I thought this was an excellent week at GH. I even did more edits than usual.

I loved Liz & Lucky, both that he stayed over & that they talked & declared their mutual feelings, finally.

No idea why Ava is just going from person to person, which is including so many strange visitations.

No idea why Lucky got stuck counseling Kristina unless it's just because she has no friends & he works for her at Charlie's or alternately they want to give JJ more to do.

I loved Anna arresting Valentin. What I wonder is what he's going to be charged with & stand trial for.

Liked Carly being poisoned & visited by Lucas, Felicia, Jack & Jason.  Very much liked Felicia bringing Bobbie into it.

GH date topical name:

GH 3-21-25 MVP
GH 3-21-25 Liz Lucky Lucas Kristina
GH 3-21-25 Danny Cosgrove welcome
GH 3-20-25 Jason Warns Jack

In addition characters like Shiloh, Esme, Sam, Dante, Drew, Cyrus remained way past their expiration dates.

I was one of the few people who was slightly interested in the idea of Sasha/Jason.  Sure we have seen the story before and the age difference was always going to be weird, but Jason wasn't do much anyway so why not?

Unfortunately, SM and Burton have very little chemistry and outside of Cody freaking out and Tracy sharing rightful concerns no one on the show cares.   Everyone shrugged and move on with their lives.  I was expecting at least a freak out from Carly or Sonny.  Or Drew and Willow being more interested and snooping around trying to figure out the truth.  Instead the whole reveal just happened and that's it lol.

I never wanted a romantic relationship between them, but I think the story could have worked if it had explored why Jason keeps getting involved in these lies and also had him examine the reality that he set Michael up in a world where carnage is normalized. None of that has really happened. I'm not sure what the point is. I could see Drew blackmailing Jason, but what is the fallout if people find out Michael is the father?

If they had had Michael get involved in some type of dangerous business deal, or even said that one of Drew's associates was responsible for the bombing, then the secret would be more important, but none of that happened.

I do like Sasha, and I think a soap needs a character like Sasha, basically a "normal" and "nice" character who suffers. She's not alone in that on GH - you could count Liz, and others - but she doesn't have as much baggage. I think SM has a sincerity in her work which goes a long way in making you care. Unfortunately, this current story has boxed her in, whether it was meant as some attempt to cement her or not. Even when Michael inevitably returns, what are we going to get? A custody battle between Jason and Michael might be juicy, but will they have an honest conversation about Jason barely caring about his actual children?

I'm not sure how you can say this when he moved back into the Q mansion for Danny!

I agree wholeheartedly about GH keeping characters beyond their expiration dates, but including Dante on that list? Sorry, I don't get that at all.

I hope that's not a Lucky/Kristina chem test. They really don't seem to have any idea of what to do with Kristina.

I knew that would be a controversial pick. To me Dante hasn't added any value since he returned was with Sam.

Regarding Sam, I never wanted a long-term character like her to be killed off, I would've preferred they either gave her some storyline, Kelly Monaco acted better, or they recasted her role. They could've even written her off the canvas and brought her back in a few years with refreshed ideas.
