Y&R airs Classic Episode #8361
(Original US Airdate: April 6, 2006
Original Canada Airdate, April 5, 2006)

Not sure why they picked this particular episode?

Description listed by soapoperanews.net
"Sharon confronts Phyllis about her affair with Nick, Jack deals with a crisis at Jabot, and Victoria keeps a secret from Brad."

Description from the TV listings at zap2it.com
"Sharon confronts Phyllis; Brad sees an overnight bag in Nick's office; Jack and Michael meet with shareholders; Brad demands that Victoria fire J.T.; Gloria tells Kay and Jill about her assignments from Jack; Nick meets Phyllis.

This is detailed recap (of course skip if you want to be surprised.)

(The number in the URL is the Canadian airdate)

There's a fuzzy copy of the original in the vault.
Good for someone to save this if possible to get a better copy in the vault.

Maybe they picked it for Sharon confronting Phyllis about the Phick affair?

The Jabot crisis is about Gloria's tainted face cream.

J.T./Colleen scenes *and* J.T./Victoria scenes.

Adrianne León (then Adrianna León) as Colleen.

The above-described 2006 repeat (#8361) is now up on the GlobalTV website in Canada.
If anyone has a VPN to see Canada, you could watch and hopefully download it.

@janea4oldI think they chose it as it one of, if not the first fight between Phyllis and Sharon.

It’s was definitely eerie to see some of those names in the writing credits like Jim Houghton.

It’s actually nice to see Newman Enterprises look like an actual busy office, when is the last time we actually saw multiple extras in the Newman offices?

Actually not a bad episode from 2006 at all.

It was good to see JT,  Colleen, Katherine, and Brad here as well.

AH Victoria feels like a totally different character. Years of bad writing and misunderstanding Victoria really took its toll.

MS can still act.

Finally that classic score at the end, loved it!

Hate that the tainted face  cream part though. It started out interesting but got dragged out and became so comical. It’s weird to realize the story began in March 2006 and didn’t get finally resolved until November 2008.

I’ll take Latham over Griffith any day, felt that way in 08 as well when we had to suffer through months of Victor and Sabrina going to art galleries and Zapato the dog.

YR giving LML exec producer and headwriter power and firing Alden and Smith was one of the dumbest decisions made. Her reign was fine by me before that

    • I just read that Alice Halsey, the new young Rachel, has just landed the role of Laura Ingalls on the Netflix reboot of Little House on The Prairie. https://deadline.com/2025/05/little-house-on-the-prairie-laura-ingalls-cast-alice-halsey-1236383465/ Soooo...I don't see her remaining on Days for too long.
    • Jason, can you give me those dates, pretty please? If so, I'll do an edit of her. She was such a delight.
    • Sure, babe. I found those once when I was desperately searching for an Alexandra Spaulding dinner party date & I literally struck out everywhere else. We should throw a cyber party & invite Matt Smith & ChickenNuggetz* & whoever helps them with the Vault & Jason47 & Eddie Drueding ...
    • My late mom remembered Jordan Clarke as Tim Ryan.. and she said he was vastly different than Billy.  She also said she remembered that Rita and Evie were more tangled up with Tim when both came on the show.. while he ended up leaving with another character.   Then Rita was moved into the Ed/Holly orbit taking on the scheming traits of Holly (this was around the time of the original Holly leaving), and Evie got pulled into Ben's orbit.. but not sure if this was during his brief relationship with Hope or not.
    • Not Doug acting like people felt Dani might act during this Ted reveal.   Awww an Andre/Eva scene.    Oooo Silk Press Sheila and her crazy woman music.    MMmmmm...multiple cliffhangers!!!! Kat vs Eva. Nicole vs Ted.    Awww hell no!!! Not Silk Press Sheila confronting the Duprees. Anita might eat her alive. lol. And I was never so glad as to not see them. I was already annoyed at Vanessa/Doug interrupting the action. I actually might have felt a way about seeing them. For once. lol. I do think they were edited out though.   I mean...it's kinda hard NOT to look so      Ooooo I didn't think about that.
    • Rest in peace, Ruth Buzzi! Laugh In was before my time, but from the clips I have come across on YouTube, she was a very funny lady. Prayers to her loved ones.
    • First, Martin vs Ted. Now Kat vs Ted.
    • Team Silk Press Sheila!  I hope she topples the mighty Duprees because that family has it coming. The spoilers that were posted last week for today's episode had Ashley/Derek mentioned, but as we saw, they weren't featured at all.  Was that part of the spoiler a mistake, or did the show edit them out.    Nice to see a bit of Vanessa/Doug.. and I'm fascinated by Vanessa's perspective in regards to Dani/Bill's marriage vs Nicole/Ted's marriage. While this was a good episode, it does highlight that the show is lacking non-Dupree related characters.
    • Cry me a river! lol. Oh, Silk-Press.     Awwww no good night for Dani and Andre.    Uh oh. They are at the house. It's dark and Mona did let everyone off for the night...
