I read a few other recaps, all the same, and I saw some tweeted scenes.

Sharon knocks Heather down. Sharon blacks out, then awakens and discovers that Heather is dead.  The Cameron Kirsten hallucination convinces Sharon to wrap up Heather's body, clean up the apartment, drag the body down the stairs, put the body in the trunk of the car, and then throw Heather's body off a bridge.

Obviously the Cameron stuff is a hallucination, but it seems that Sharon really did knock Heather down, blacked out briefly, then cleaned up the crime scene, and threw Heather's body off the bridge into the water.

Two questions:

1) Did Sharon knocking Heather out cause Heather to die? Or did someone else kill Heather during the time Sharon was blacked out?

2) Was Heather actually dead? Or just unconscious with a bleeding head?  Will Heather start to drown and then awaken in time to save herself?

At any rate Sharon believes she killed Heather.

(The entire episode could have been a dream but it seems that Heather really did get thrown off the bridge)

Another possibility is that Sharon wrapped up a pile of nothing, thinking it was Heather, and put *that* in the trunk of the car, and then drove to the bridge and threw that wrapped pile of nothing off the bridge.

No way they'd have Sharon kill an innocent woman. Total fakeout. I bet Heather finds Sharon unconscious in the apartment. Sharon will dream the 30th Anniversary episode.

It'll likely be Cassie that causes Sharon to snap out of this. The doctors will discover Sharon has a brain tumor or something along those lines that's been causing the Cameron hallucinations.

Why? We've already seen Sharon take her meds + that extreme close-up of that *huge* bottle of ibuprofen that Mariah found in her purse. They're not going to undo Sharon managing the bipolar - it was a huge part of resetting Sharon after so many writers destroyed the character.

The Canadian sites reported what aired in Canada (which is what Sharon Newman *thinks* happened).

If (and only if) Vail Bloom is off the show, the U.S. sites wouldn't confirm it until it airs in the USA.

I agree, it's a total fake out and they got what they wanted with this uproar about Sharon killing Heather. It will be a dream/hallucination/false memory thing. I could believe they'll give her a brain tumor to explain it all too.

knowing this show and their literal lack of any nuance whatsoever, if Heather *is* dead Cameron probably did it, and he's not dead after all, and has been talking to Sharon for real this entire time (getting into the cabin through all those underground passageways he built or whatever)

Literally most of soap twitter is taking the bait that Heather is dead and Vail Bloom is gone based on the very unreliable news sources they've been sharing.

Let's think critically here. Knowing Josh Griffith, this is all likely one giant dream by Sharon. Her knocking out during this crescendo of dramatic events leading up to her anniversary episode is the perfect set up for Sharon to flash through all the hard moments of her life. When she comes to, this serves as her epiphany to finally recognize she needs help and to get her meds sorted out.

One more thing. Sharon Case was in studio when she was in an interview with Alan Locher. She described doing a scene at the GCAC and she was in a green dress with her makeup done nicely, hardly the trajectory of her appearance during her downward spiral.

TL;DR, Josh Griffith is predictable, but even he won't take Sharon to this kind of murder route.
