Why did Chad say Steve is a detective? He's not, and never was one. Why did Fiona say it would now be goodbye for them?

Gabi/Stefan/EJ was the best part of today. Stefan vs. EJ is always a lot better when they’re not written as petty and bitchy. I thought Stefan actually seemed convincing and believable as a villain in his scenes today. And I also think it’s definitely time for Stefan and EJ to have a knock down drag out brawl. It’s been too long since we’ve had a good fight on Days. 😂

But I also felt like they just scratched the surface again with Gabi and Stefan, instead of letting them go all out and letting each other know how hurt and angry they both are. Let Gabi call Stefan out on being jealous and pathetic. Let Stefan call Gabi out on what a lousy mother she is. Btw, Will/Sonny not ever calling Gabi out on what a lousy mother she is, is another missed opportunity.

But I couldn’t be happier that this Connie crap finally seems to be ending.

He's a P.I., so I got his drift even though Steve isn't technically a police detective.

I am pretty sure I have heard the show refer to Black Patch as a Detective Agency before. I think Private Investigator and Private Detective are pretty similar.  

Hoping Connie SL is ending but I would not be shocked if it continues.

I was not expecting so much to happen in one day.

Upon reflection, I don't mind EJ and Gabi, although I think it will wind up being EJ and F-Abby.  Stefan and Ava are also OK as partners.  I'm glad he offered her to work at the Bistro, as her departure was close to sexual harassment.  I mean, resigning for having an affair with the owner doesn't sound kosher, even if his wife later hired, and then fired her at her company.  I also don't know why Ava doesn't seem to have any money?

The whole EJ as DA thing is totally confusing.  I thought Paulina knew about the kidnapping (didn't Leo write about it in the paper?).  It seems out of the blue that suddenly someone called her.  What was her plan to prosecute EJ? And does he or does he not want to work as the DA?  I don't get it.  Unless, getting rid of EJ as DA is somehow tied to Clyde...

Connie has got to stop confessing to everyone.  And, how strong is she that she can keep hitting people over the head so hard that they pass out? (also, silencing a phone?  doesn't anyone text in Salem?)

Finally, how can you tell a show is written by told by dude?  Gabi is going to be the one to beg for forgiveness from Stefan in order to save their marriage (or they'll realize they love each other when he saves her from a crisis with Connie).

I just can't stand Xander being holler than thou attitude. Did he ever pay for his crimes? No!!

EJ comment about Kristen fooling the PTA was😂.

Another good show.

God Lucas was locked away FOREVER. While the characters openly talk about the multiple people Xander has shot amongst his other crimes and I like Xander. It was just ridiculous that Lucas was seemingly never getting out.
