You are absolutely wrong.  She was outstanding in the D.I.D. storyline and when the writers decided to write for her better.   She would make a great Lulu, as did the other great DAYS' Abigail Kate Mansi do as Kristina.

I also think Marci Miller should be signed as Lulu longterm, and sign on Adam Huss as Nikolas longterm as well.  Huss is much better than Coloma and since Tyler Christopher is no longer here, and no one wants Stephen Martines, Colton Scott or whatever he goes by now back either.     Maybe Emily can be resurrected as well.  Amber Tamblyn?  maybe?  If not I'd be ok with Natalia Livingston back.  Also let's bring back Robin, even if Kim McCullough is done with acting, the role can and should be recast.    Let's axe Finn, Sasha, Olivia, Valentin, Cyrus, Selina, Brennan (Charles Lesure should be Jax),  and maybe even Lucy since she's been ruined IMHO.

On subject, glad Jonathan Jackson is back as Lucky, and agreed to a longterm gig.  I also hope no crying b.s. either this time.  Add me too that I kinda wanted Greg Vaughan back as Lucky, thought he did an awesome job when he was on the show.

Bitter Liason fans losing their shít on Twitter don't count (even if they are very funny to watch). IMO most general audience are or will be over the moon.

The Deadline article says he's back for a long (their emphasis on long) run. That's not 4-6 months. That makes me assume he is locked in for a couple years. Of course the show could terminate that the same as they can any soap contract, but I don't see that happening unless he and FV really butt heads.

Oh, GAWD! You are going to criticize EVERY DAMN LINE he's going to utter, right? He's going to blink a certain why and you're going to be all "JJ needs to retire because he's out of steam". Right?

And as you are, I'm sure you are going to be saying that Patrick was brilliant as HW and is sadly missed.

I try to not acknowledge fatuous and frankly stupid rhetoric, but what the hell…

JJ’s crying was an exhausting hallmark of his entire last stint. Hardly a new critique or something that’s not been complained about before.

But I doubt you were watching yourself to even have any relevant opinion on this discussion, much like most of what you post about anyway in a desperate attempt to seek attention that goes nowhere and is pretty much ignored by most on this board because it’s so transparent. But carry on - the attention I just gave your inane rant should give you an energy boost for the next several days!

I can't go for the other but I could agree with this sentiment. I guess that is like saying that I don't have 2 cents but will this penny do?

Although I was one who predicted Lucky but Greg Vaughn & I am delighted at being half-wrong.

Critiqued by JJ, no less. He was not happy with his depressing, dark storylines or the inability to reunite Lucky and Liz, both of which led to his leaving again.

Wow! A non-hating Joss comment. I must say I approve.

Awhile back I said to a friend at the studio, in regard to a possible Lulu recast, knowing how much Frank likes JMB & how much he hated Emmy Rylan (sp?) I said Bree Williamson & they said already done a role on GH & they're trying not to do duplications anymore. And, next I said ... not a blonde but Marci Miller & they were very interested & we chatted about her for a long time.

I've thought Adam Huss should be on contract for months & months.

    • I like Margaret well enough in what I've seen of her as Paige - she is green but she has real star power.  I agree about the actor who plays Brian. He's...mostly just there. Not bad but not great.  My main issue is with the guy who plays Owen. He's just not appealing to me. I can believe Nola being obsessed with him, but he's draining to watch.  I'm surprised people objected to the quasi-incest elements as it wasn't anything that new for soaps.  Speaking of Kim, here's a rare episode of an anthology show she did called The Evil Touch.

    •   I get what you're both saying, and I think the show was lucky to have even made it that long, but I think they could have still maintained a certain audience - Second Chances did before the earthquake. CBS was an older network anyway. I think the premise of Knots was still usable, it was more the characters who were a problem - many of the older figures were played out. If the show had done a better job building up its younger cast instead of making so many poor choices in the late '80s and early '90s, they could have kept things going a little longer.
    • I wish I cared about the homeless lady as much as everyone else seems to. After the nothing burger that was the lawsuit, this just feels like another boring Naomi storyline at Orphy Genes since she has no office.
    • That's great to hear. Thanks. I wish that was more readily available.
    • Just learned that Clifton Davis wrote this song!  I had no idea.

    • I think even if Marland had wanted to write more for Sara/Adam, his hands would have been tied as Robert Milli was one of the actors dumped by P&G due to his age.  From the bits and pieces I've seen of that period, Sara does have a key role in the Carrie plot, and Marland briefly gave her son Tim a more important part. I'm not sure if they just gave up on Tim once Kevin Bacon left or if they never really cared. I did not even know for many years that there was an actor in the part after Kevin...and then not one, but two. The Spauldingfield video on Tim doesn't even show the last actor (Nigel Reed), which kind of says it all. Anyway, I do get the sense Marland has some use for Sara, or for Millette. It's only after he goes that she is dumped. Of course he didn't ever hire her for his other shows, so maybe I'm wrong. (then again he never hired Geraldine Court either and he seemed very fond of her) Ann is an odd character to me as she is a proto-Lillian in being defined by pining for a Bauer brother and being involved in the death of one of their wives. I do wonder what else they could have done with her. She was friends with Diane, wasn't she? They could have had Diane manipulate her against Mike, I suppose.
    • Yassss....come on Maurice and Brandon...give us nothing!!! Wow, their need to develop their craft shone like a blinding light this episode. Brandon in his Martin and Smitty scenes sounded like he was reading and the facial expressions were giving Disney Channel. He did much better against Maurice in the Martin v Ted scenes. Now, Teddd-dyy (Dana's voice) was just flat. I watched the episode just now after reading the comment on here that Maurice needs to stop swaying, and now I can't unsee it. Has it really been this bad all along?  Ambyr carries. I don't need to say anymore. I am kind of excited to see this Kat/Tomas/Eva stuff play out.  Bill is such a dick to Dani. Like that's the mother of your children that you cheated on with your daughter's best friend but you look to take those low blows. Lord! When he said that thing about it being obvious he didn't care about Dani anymore since he was the one that walked out...that was cold. I even felt for Dani. Bill definitely is all over the spectrum. You can see a villain possibly surfacing, but you also see this great father. The elder Duprees move a little funny. I'm wondering what that is all about. Are they just overly protective matriarch and patriarch because they think it's what's best for their family, or are they afraid their secrets will come out or there's something more sinister there. Why would Vernon want to keep that information from Martin?  I hope something interesting comes out of this June stuff, but as of right now, I'm not too invested. It's not helping my interest on Naomi or Jacob either. However, tge actress playing Naomi has comes a long way from day one.
