I hate that dress!

I don't care for it either. The girls who play the daughters, however, look real nice.

All 3 dresses look "edgy" to me. I suspect the very well respected Costume Designer is going for a look that perhaps is, let's say, beyond our more mundane taste? The BTG Costume Designer was one of the first names to be said to be departing their previous gig on the way here. She was at B&B.

What's wrong with Tamara Tunie's dress?  I think it looks great, and I think she looks great in it!  Most importantly, it's age-appropriate!  I'm so tired of seeing 50- and 60-year-old women on daytime being made up to look like they're still in college.

February 24th needs to arrive already as my body has grown rather impatient. Lol. Anxious to see all of the ins and outs of this and just what the "MESSY" part of this show will entail.

I agree; it gives matriarch to the fullest extent.

She and Daphne look great, Karla Mose's looks hideous but seems to fit the character.

I think they're all styled well though, I like that they're using the same color palette.

LOL, yeah. I assumed everyone talked about Karla's dress, not Tunie's. I think the former's dress look a bit trashy, but I think it's meant to mirror her character. You get the vibe she's desperately wants to be on Housewives of Potomac, but maybe that's what they're going for. Or rather - the overlooked daughter that's always been starved for attention because she's neither had the brains or ambitions to strike out on her own.
