Members Liberty City
Corday Productions should be big worried about the sexual harassment suit; that's a shoe-in to win. It is. Wrongful termination is going to be a bit harder to prove on her behalf.
Members Contessa Donatella
So, like, no one even cares that SAG-AFTRA's involvement was being at best ignored or at worst mischaracterized. Makes no sense to me, but okay. From now on, if you want to quote me, do, and if you don't, don't.
Members dragonflies
Yep I agree! Especially if any others come forward, I bet Nadia was sexually harassed too
Members Liberty City
It wouldn't surprise me if she were... and that is disgusting to say, but I expect anything from the behind-the-scenes of this soap. I really want Kristian Alfonso to come out and really reveal what was going on at the time of her exit, etc.
Members Contessa Donatella
And furthermore, I formally apologize for subverting the intent of the Ignore function. It won't happen again.
Members Vee
She can win easily on the first part IMO, it's the second that's tricky. Which again makes me suspect this will end in a payout and Ari eventually coming back, because no indignity seems ever enough for the cast (especially the female cast) of DAYS. Which I can understand, a paycheck is a paycheck. I can't judge them. But I would love to see this topple Corday or the show in some way, I'll admit.
Members dragonflies
Yeah I honestly think it's more than what we were told in regards to KA. I also hope Nadia wasn't, but I have a strong feel she might have been, sadly Please register in order to view this content
Members Liberty City
Oh, I'd love it. Could Corday and / or the production company even handle a pay-out on the shoe-string budget they work on?
Members Khan
I wouldn't be surprised if it does. Let's be honest: DAYS was on borrowed time anyway. But NBCU/Peacock might decide renewing the show isn't worth all the headaches this has brought on. And if/when they reach that decision, it will be all Ken Corday's fault, too. Boy, between this and the mess GH has created over Cracker Barrel Jagger, daytime is really going down in flames. Me neither.
Members Vee
I mean, the Jagger silliness really does not measure up to this lol.
Members Liberty City
Not at all. Not even the same page, honestly.
Members Khan
You may have a point, lol.
Members teplin
It wouldn't be a first for DAYS. Pat Falken Smith sued the show after her first headwriting stint and then returned some years later in the same role.
Members j swift
It is so f'ed up. After the Trump tapes, she wrote a book, publicized it on Today, and became one of the prime examples of Me Too, even getting the host of Access fired. Only to be subjected to further harassment and humiliation on her own set. Meanwhile, Billy Bush and the ex-prez are doing fine...
