Probably the whole thing is short term.

Maybe if Colleen/Jordan is well received she might hang around?

That of course doesn't guarantee a contract. 

This type of role does scream short-term. I can’t see it being contract unless the character really catches on despite inadequate writing (not likely in today’s Y&R). Probably also a bid to see if they can get a Guest Actor Daytime Emmy out of it (which would be Colleen’s first).

How long Jordan will be in Genoa City is still a wait-and-see situation, but the actress is having a blast appearing on a show she is a fan of. She says since ATWT ended she started watching YR.

 

She says Josh Griffith sent her an email about the story and stuff and she replied within 15 minutes wanting in. She says Josh Griffith was writing on ATWT during evil Barbara days so he knows what she can do and teases that Jordan is pretty intense.

She went on to note that:

 

"the story will take a while to fully come to light, so people will definitely have to stay tuned to find out Jordan’s ulterior motive."

 

How long will Zenk be in Genoa City? She said:

 

"It’ll be a while, but I don’t actually know how long. I guess you’ll just have to stay tuned!"

The cliffhanger with Cole isn't followed up on. But, in the next week preview it shows Jordan standing infront of the Newman's telling them she poisoned their drinks and is looking forward to watching them all die in front of her.

The pacing Jg does drives me absolutely insane. Anytime there's a secret or something it's out within a month or so.

I've heard rumors that she is JT mother. Was she ever seen onscreen when JT first premiered?

I've seen people thinking this is JT related because Claire had an article about that Mal Young abuse storyline. Also saw people thinking Jordan is Eve with plastic surgery 

Per today's end credits, she is only credited as "Jordan" and is recurring. Same with J. Eddie Peck.
