Emma Samms appeared in the closing credits at the end of the contract section on Friday March 10.
That was the first clue she was returning...
But it seemed like it might be an error since she hadn't appeared that week.

Ms. Wu phoned Holly Thursday March 9.  We did not see or hear Holly's side of the conversation. But Emma tweeted in response to what had just aired, so that made it obvious that Emma is clearly following the show.

Now the questions are:
Did GH start paying her on contract a month before she starts airing?
Did the staff doing the credits make an error and accidentally credit her early?
Does SOD have the wrong date for her return?

The fact that Emma's slated to return Friday April 14, and Jane Elliot in the very next episode Monday April 17 - makes it seem like SOD has the right date.   Unless Holly sneaks in early unexpectedly.

They won't announce Tony if it happens, IMO. That will be a surprise. I still don't believe Luke is dead.

Considering Emma Samms is back on April 14 and Jane Elliot returns on April 17, I have a feeling something is [unfortunately] happening.

Especially with Bobbie's comments about Luke today, I'd be shocked if TG DIDN'T make an appearance.

I also agree that if TG makes an appearance, it's going to be kept completely kept underwraps.

Isn't TG in poor health? I can't see him making the long trek from Amsterdam just because GH wants an appearance, but maybe he'll film something himself like ES did when Holly was held captive. He could zoom in and reveal to Tracy he's still alive and she goes off to find/join him.

According to SOD Jane is back long term. Im guessing she has a one year deal

Tony looked to be in good health a couple of years ago in the interview he had with NLG during the shutdown.  This is a recent photo from his partner’s Instagram.
