The only plus is that if they ever do bring Quinn back, they’ve established a set of circumstances that could lead to something interesting, like she was being blackmailed (no pun intended 🫣) or threatened somehow and was forced to leave town. On the other hand, she had a major position at Forrester so are we to believe that she’s still on the canvas, just unseen?

Same. I don't understand the purpose of Quinn interrupting Paris and Carter's wedding just to end up moving somewhere else, lol! 😄

In Katie's defense that's how long it would take for me to fall for Carter. 

Not to stick up for Brad, but I'm pretty sure they have been teased before? (somebody back me up (or debunk it)). 

It would have made more sense for Carter to say something to the effect that Quinn got called away to Forrester International to work on some important new fashion line. Then he could say he's been missing her after they finally got together. Katie could still sympathize and feel bad for him. It would be far more like Quinn to put her career first than it does to just suddenly take off because she doesn't want to be married again. I mean, c'mon. It's a soap. People get married dozens of times. 

They're pushing Katie and Carter HARD which means they're doomed to failure
