She makes it clear that she's appearing for only one episode and her character is a real estate agent. It's just a dayplayer role. (And she's also a real estate agent in real life.) Y&R avoids having dayplayers like the plague so you would think this character would have some importance. Maybe she'll reveal the name of the owner of the LA house, which could lead somewhere. This mysterious woman could be Mary Jo Mason, or someone else, but there’s a good chance whoever she is could be Allies mom. The entire story has been shrouded in the mystery of these texts, so it wouldn’t surprise me if Keemo is secretly alive and someone is hiding that from Jack.
