I'd say it's election year turmoil, or climate change, or the general dispiriting vibe in this country, but I know that's too easy; its probably just many factors converging. I don't think a First Lady has ever faced the consistent level of abuse Michelle faced (and still faces to this day). I know she must be heartbroken right now.
