No, no, NO to her coming aboard as Liz.  It's Gloria Loring or it's no one.

(No offense.)

I freaking love Robin Strasser and miss ONE LIFE TO LIVE like crazy.   Robin would be a great Vivian Alamain.  I also think she might be playing Gabrielle Pascal, to make her mother to Eve, since Stasser and Kassie DePaiva were aunt and niece Dorian and Blair on ONE LIFE.

My thoughts exactly. I didn’t see the original actress but she A) seems to be focused on directing now, B ) is a few years younger than Kassie, and C) has some similar features to Robin. Plus, there’s no way Ron wouldn’t take advantage of the opportunity to put Kassie and Robin together again onscreen!

Listen, as long as Lauren Koslow's Kate gets to slap her, I don't care who she plays.

The actress who played Eve's mother is a few years younger than Kassie DePaiva? I know people around here like to point out that DePaiva's too old for Eve but she's only about 6 years older than Charlotte Ross. So mother and daughter actresses were basically the same age? Who was the actress? I haven't watched DAYS in ages and don't remember Gabrielle.

I'd say a big no to Lee Dumonde if just because of the BTS stuff surrounding her quick exit. Seems...disrespectful, somehow. The other characters, though? Who knows. But I'd think she is far too old to be Donna Craig (wasn't she Don's daughter, Marlena's stepdaughter? No way would that fly with Strasser in the role!)

Karen Moncrieff, who also portrayed Cassie Lockridge on SANTA BARBARA.

Yep.

Chances are, she'll probably turn up as back-from-the-dead Anjelica or Vivian.

And the hilarious part is, Karen Moncrieff, who played Eve's mom, was only about 4 years older than Charlotte Ross! (Ross was born in January '68 and Karen Moncrieff was born in December '63.) I know a lot of actors playing parents to the actors playing their kids often aren't too far in age, but 4 YEARS?

It's ludicrously hilarious.
