I started listening to the album last night and was a little bored. I’ll give it a few more spins because sometimes it does take time for an album to sink in.

Justin has released his duet with Chris Stapleton, which is better than the last single by a wide margin (even if the chorus is a bit repetitive):

Definitely repetitive but not a bad song and certainly an interesting/impressive video.

OK, this was pretty adorable, both song and video.

I'm still not sure what he's trying to do with all of this, though.

Supposedly it is about the origins of his son's name...or something.

That said...so far...of the songs I've heard...the first one and the last one are easily my favorites.

This is hilarious. I'm sure the NFL loved it, although they have bigger things to worry about.

I saw that on the news. That was very funny indeed.

It seems like every news outlet is doing a variation on the “Clutch the pearls, Justin Timberlake is WHITE, y’all” story, and I’m finding it all very lazy and not particularly interesting or nuanced. See Vox for an egregious example:

JT is really getting roasted for this in all corners of social media. I think he and Prince mended fences before Prince died, but this is very distasteful.

Boredom and Justin Timberlake go hand and hand...

His new album isn't that great. I think I'll skip on it.

I think Prince's brother said the hologram is not happening.

Good. I like JT well enough, but Prince said in no uncertain terms that he didn't want his image used in this way. It would be wrong to disrespect that.
