That photo is clearly retouched and it was overdone, because you can't even see lines that aren't from aging.

Drake and his "come hither" look always bugs me, but he looks good.  

 

Add Maurice Benard to the list as someone who needs to go gray.  The black shoe polish is becoming too ridiculous and it's appears to be extremely difficult to cover the bald spot damage caused by all the coloring.

Doesn't look touched up to me. he still looks great. wonder what made him finally go full grey? I was hoping Peter Reckell would have done the same thing.
