To interrupt Kevin and Chloe is the steam room? I guess I should thank her for that. Honestly was anyone clamoring for those two to have love scene? Nick and Faith playing games and bonding might have been ok on another day, but today it was just too much. A total filler day, except for Gloria screwing over Lauren I guess.

That's pretty much Kay Alden's writing. A lot of filler.....I know she is not the HW but all these meaningless episodes remind me of her HW stint.  She writes nothing.  Kevin/Chloe and Nick/Faith...is this all they have to offer us as viewers??

The new YR is a deadly snoozefest. Honestly u know maybe YR needs a more experienced EP like Wendy Riche. Not impressed by Mal lack of vision. There is absolutely nothing going on.

Faith continues to get more airtime than most of the cast. And why does Chapman get all this airtime when Beth Maitland gets trotted out for a few appearances and then disappears. Is Traci even still in town?

I've dropped the show as quickly as I tuned back in... lol

 

The "Gala" episodes did it for me. So silly. The Lauren storyline is especially jarring. It seems written by someone who's never penned a soap story.

Its one thing to use kids to give parents story. But these stories are told from Faith's POV. Faith is obviously a lead!

It's not even the appearances that bother me. It's that the story is about her from her POV. They brought Noah on to play supporting to her. Lol

LOL. So true.

Ill say this again a riveting umbrella storyline is needed. Even Delia death was a big umbrella story. I miss Jill Phelps lol her ability to pump up the volume.

Everyone here is familiar with the process of regime changes so we don't need to be reminded that it's only been a month...but there's absolutely no excuse for the sh!t that aired today. Just horrible. I turned back to The Big Valley. 

 

And I hate Gloria so much that I can't even be objective, so I have to go with those who feel her presence in Lauren's story makes zero sense.
