Brad & Katherine shared several scenes when Nikki was having an affair with Brad.

Katherine & Dru had several scenes during the time that Dru & Jill were at odds (which is how Neil & Dru ended up being married at the Chancellor Mausoleum).

Jill & Olivia had scenes together during Katherine's stroke and during the time Mamie & Jill were fighting.

Jack & Olivia had scenes together during Ashley's breakdown.

John & Dru had a bunch of scenes together. It was thanks to him (and Mamie) that Dru began working at Jabot.

John & Nick shared scenes after Ashley lost Robert.

There was a very brief period where Y&R looked to be going that route (after Neil dumped Liv for Alex) but they dropped it.

John was one of Dru's biggest supporters throughout  her first couple months living with the Abbotts, watching the 1990 episodes...and like you said he did get her the job at Jabot.....

Who hasn't ever interacted on the show Deeedee? besides during parties?

Y&R has many rules.

One of them is if a girl with questionable upbringing arrives on the canvas Katherine will eventually take a liking to her.

She did it with Nikki, Gina, Cricket, Nina, Dru, Mackenzie, Lauren, Sharon, Brittany, Amber, Chloe & even Gloria.

Dru loved her bio father but she never forgot how good John was to her.

Much the same way Lauren remembered that John was always kind to her despite her issues with Traci.

I'm not sure if Katherine interacted that much/ if at all with the Brooks family in the 70's. It seemed like her storyline was mainly with the Foster's. Someone posted that they remember a funny scene where Katherine, Vanessa Prentiss, and Jennifer Brooks all wound up in the waiting room at a plastic surgeons office.

I did see her in scenes with Stuart during Leslie's introduction at the 1981 Gala Ball.

Y&R has always been interesting that way - separating characters into their own worlds. Sharon & Neil came to mind. Did they share substantive scenes during the Dru 'death from cliff but banned by CBS' story? I image there may have been some interaction through Newman since Neil was a big part of it and Nick worked there. But it's hard to remember situations that was brought these two characters together during the past 20 years. Same with Sharon & Lauren.

It makes me angry when random characters become apart of another characters storyline when there is no need for it. Like Lauren and Jill becoming sisters or the Sharon/Ashley babyswitch.

i remember Ashley took a liking to Sharon when she married Jack and thought she would be good for him.

but I think when too many characters are mixing for stupid reasons it takes away from the surprise when those two characters do finally share a scene. It used to be a treat to see people who don't normally interact say a few words to eachother.

date: Tuesday, May 27 | Christopher Dunn, Lynn Martin | Steven Williford I feel bad for Chelsea; she's exploring her feelings, and they're getting [unintentionally] hurt. But I love the support that Katherine has for her cousin. Bradley, you deserve one hundred times better than Deadbeat. So much more. Anita essentially tossing Tracy out... whew. She's done. DONE. Ouch... Chelsea hit the nerve with Katherine. How interesting... I feel like Tracy is becoming the mirror Anita has been avoiding while being a Dupree. What are these top secret things she's harbouring? I really hope Jessica's interest in Tyrell is genuine, because if it isn't, it might just destroy him. Back alley meetings? Your family? As if Bradley is not part of your family... Deadbeat, sit your ass down. Hey, Childbride, lower your damn voice. You're in the country club, not the country field where your ass belongs. And oh God, she's knocked up. Whew... here we go! Dante Greene, what control did this man have? But I appreciate that Anita and Tracy are uniting together; I pray that Sharon joins them soon. I love how easy Katherine and Tomas are with each other; it's smooth, it's natural and it's blooming in all the right ways. Hayley is about to battle the Dupree women for all she's worth. I am calling it right now. The unwavering support Vernon continues to provide to Anita is paramount; I adore them as the couple they are. Notes: Mike Manning (Bradley) continues to show up time and time again in scenes with Brandon Claybon (Deadbeat), who brings nothing to the table. There is an extreme lack of romantic chemistry between them. I'm wondering how different Dante Greene is going to be in comparison to Berry Gordy Jnr; we know the true history of Diana Ross and the Supremes, but how different will it be with Anita Williams and the Articulettes?
    • This episode is beyond excellent Could have waited on tge Trina Kai scenes  but regardless  great soap
    • Haha same! I didn't like her in the beginning, but over time, I've really grown to love to hate her as a villain.  I can't wait to listen to today's new episode later tonight! I've been waiting for the mom and dad (Crystal/Vincent) to have an interaction, so I'm happy to hear it's today.
    • I've always really been enjoying the show. It's very well produced and has so many soap stars in it. I was just listening to ep 7 on YoutTube and can say I'm hooked. There was an intense scene with Crystal Chappell and Vincent Irizarry about halfway through that was GOOD! Is it bad I kind of like Mina? I know she's supposed to be the main villian
    • This isn't a bad episode, but I'm finding myself not as engaged. Must be the lack of Eva and Leslie. No Nicole, Dani.
    • Yes!! I didn't realize it before, and had a busy weekend, so wasn't here much

Wow, what happened to AMC this week? Crashing from 8.4 to 6.6.. I mean, I know they used to go up and down much more than they do today, but this seems like a harsh drop (from 7th to 13th). And nice to see Y&R's first weeks
    • Why did they cut Chelsea coming out to her grandparents? We should have seen that
