Eileen is so much more likeable in interviews than she is on RHBH as it diminished her in my eyes. 

Good for her for landing a deal to develop her novels into TV Movies that she'll star in - perfect for Hallmark Channel or Lifetime or WEtv. 

Eileen seems over Y&R. 

She hasn't had a storyline in years it seems, despite a very decent yearly episode count, so I can understand why she's seemingly over it. At the same time, she is barrelling towards 60 and is probably being paid more than she's worth so she should think of these as her Roth IRA years.

Yea she's just collecting a paycheck. People have blamed RHOBH for her lack of story, but she has the episode count, they just don't do anything useful with her when they do have her. I haven't really loved Ashley since she was on B&B anyway, but I wish they could at least attempt a good storyline with her.

I wished they'd pursued Ashley/Cane, which they teased before she was traded to DAYS. I think they'd make an interesting match. I've always loved ED so it's nice to read about her success in other media. 

I don't get why they haven't written a good enough storyline for her 

She is needed so much more at DAYS. Ashley is dull and Kristen is so needed. It DAYS taping schedule it exhauated her and i am sure they pay her more for YR

What these shows need is decent writers capable of writing stories for grown azz women who are not ingenues or desperate crazies.  When these shows learn how to hire writers capable of this, I have a feeling writing a story for Ashley would not be difficult. At all.

I think it started back when Latham fired Davidson because she didn't understand the character of Ashley at all. I actually liked Ashley and the Dr. Neville pairing but the entire back story behind was pretty preposterous. Writing for Ashley shouldn't be difficult at all but apparently it's difficult to write for a heroine with backbone thus they like to exploit her crazy and needy side when they do write for Ashley.
