The person told us that GH being over budget was a lie. Anywho - why does that matter now. Frank has money to throw away and the show looks like sh!t! I do think he throws some of what little he has away though, on stupid stories and terrible casting choices and points of personal pride (Michael Easton, RH, etc.). I heard otherwise, and I didn't just hear it "on the Internet". But the point is, neither show was or is getting it right. There is no absolute good or ill to be found here.
