I remember when she was on Commander in Chief, as Geena Davis' feminist mother. She still had as much personality and verve as she'd had in her Move Over Darling days, only now with added gravitas. She's one of those people I think sort of gained more personality as she got older. This is the TV-movie that helped give a big start to her career as a singer and actress.
