These hamsters are better than me. They are better than me. I'd set that damn studio on fire. Especially if I've spent 40+ days away from my family only to learn my shot at 500k is not going to happen b/c Frankie is going to apparently win it. I'd stage a coup. A walk out. Something. I'd tear CBS' little playhouse up.

This is why I hate relatives of past players or celebs playing in BB (even Elissa, who I loved) because they have a ready made army. They reap all the benefits while everyone else don't. And when everyone finds out about Team America and the stipend with the twist, they should be pissed even further.

Only Derrick and Zach seem to be annoyed.

I think Zach is crushed because he loved the Frankie he knew. A day ago he finds out Frankie was using him and burning him. Tonight he finds out that even the parts of Frankie he thought he knew were a complete and total lie. He feels like his game is over.

Derrick called out the rigging (Frankie got to compete on his own) and pointed out that Frankie is not actually famous.

Keep going, Derrick.

It got so good tonight. lmao. I have to say that was a masterful play by Frankie. He completely changed the subject and nobody is even talking about his lies anymore. Caleb is just loltastic and thinks that being friends with Frankie will make him a country music star, lol. Derrick and Cody are FINALLY sweating it out and the look on Derrick's face as Frankie turned [!@#$%^&*] around for himself gave me life. This season has finally started. Very interesting chess match between Derrick and Frankie now. As long as Donny goes home over Zach, I'm satisfied.

I have loved Zach from day 1 but after tonight he is just an all-time great for me. Only time I loved a houseguest this much was Jen in BB8.

I'm not going to root for Derrick. He has been quashing drama and running/ruining the show from day 1. I love that he finally has a roadblock. Not that I'm rooting for Frankie, either. I'm just glad that something finally happened and Derrick actually has to try at the game now.

And I am actually cool with Nicole or Donny going if it means Zach is safe. Not going to root for them just because they're underdogs. They're shitty underdogs. Next week will be good anyway.

Donny ain't going nowhere. He was one of the ones that took Frankie's news well and he's been pitching to Christine that he wants to stay. She even said she'd prefer he (Donny) stay. And Zach called Christine an 'f*cking liar' after BoTB so that won't go unnoticed.

If anyone leaves this week, it'll be Derrick/Zach for calling production out. Maybe Cody. Most likely Zach because production hates him anyways. But I know they are kicking themselves for pushing Derrick into keeping Zach when it's blowing up Frankie's game and making production's quest to his victory just as hard.

Twitter is blowing up and direct tweeting Allison or Chris Roach (another producer), calling them out for their rigging. Saving Frankie is going to be downfall of Big Brother. If CBS was smart, they'd fire Allison and her team. Twitter has been shown to be a powerful weapon. Just look at how it affected last season.

I disagree. I think if the nominations stay the same, Zach will stay. Cody/Derrick are solid. Victoria is still with them and doesn't give two shits who Frankie's sister is. Nicole is a weak bitch but I have said this all along. Caleb will be a swing vote but Derrick will be on his ass all week long.

IF Donny wins veto, I think Zach is dun. I would love to see Cody or Derrick go instead but it's not gonna happen.

Production is not going to let Donny got after tonight's Facebook/Twitter blowup over the BoTB rig. Donny is America's favorite and if he goes this week along with the rig and golden edit they are going to give Frankie this Sunday and Wednesday, the ratings will plummet to hell. DR will make sure Donny is safe and Frankie and Derrick will be on board to make sure he is. They'll even strong arm Christine or whomever wins veto to ensure his safety. The DR knows who the real star this season is--Donny.

Zach, Cody, Derrick, or possibly Nicole will be evicted.

I actually think Zach might have a chance against Cody or Derrick. I see Frankie keeping Zach over them. And Zach and Caleb have grown close so he might keep him too. Donny would keep Zach over Cody as Cody backdoored him (even though the target was Brit). Nicole would possibly keep Zach over Cody. So just hope that Cody gets put up instead.

ETA: But Christine wants to suck Cody's d*ck so bad, I doubt she'd put him up.

    • The second photo featuring the late John Spencer is from the Law & Order episode, "Prescription For Death", which was the (second) pilot/first episode all the way back in 1990! He played the father of a daughter that had gone to the ER for a mere sore throat but ended up dead because the doctor on call was drunk and had given her medication that she had an adverse reaction to, after receiving some other medication. So, he will always have that great distinction in addition to The West Wing. (The first pilot, "Everybody's Favorite Bagman", was filmed in 1988! The show was offered to CBS, but they passed. In syndication, it is oddly placed as the sixth episode of Season 1. And Roy Thinnes played DA Alfred Wentworth there. When NBC picked up the show two years later, Thinnes declined to return, and that's how we got Steven Hill's DA Adam Schiff.)
    • exactly. I can understand schadenfreude if it were real, but a lot of this is just an engineered distraction.
    • Days of our Lives S60E204 – Thursday, June 5, 2025 Okay, today’s episode was kind of boring. It was nice seeing Jack and Jen back, but they wasted an entire episode on Jen chatting with Julie - one scene would’ve been enough. Also, why didn’t Jack and Jen go comfort Marlena? And wouldn’t a flashback with Jack, Jen, and John have been great? Maybe something from the Cruise of Deception era? Bottom line - it feels like once John’s memorial is over and the returning fan favorites leave Salem… the show’s going to be dull again.
    • Everything with Elon and Trump is a stunt. If people, and the sycophantic press, are talking about their "feud," they are not talking about Republican plans to gut Medicare, Medicaid, and the ACA.
    • I can't fully remember, but I don't think they tried to get Beth Chamberlin back. I think Laibson/McTavish likely saw Beth as old news and wanted to move Philip on; either that or have her return only when Philip was closely tied to a new woman. Thanks as always for these recaps. I think I had stopped watching around this time and mostly kept up by reading in the soap magazines. Bridget's degradation was horrible to watch, as the character had grown so much over the years and was clearly regressed just to be a foil for a "hot" couple viewers had zero investment in.
    • Having the majority of the cast on those low numbers is no way to tell story. And just 2 dayplayers for the month. So sad for the #1 soap.
    • I believe it was. And this is actually one of the cases where I wouldn’t mind some dumb soap opera bringing back from the dead. They gave Mishael, Amanda, with all of Hilary’s connections but none of the personality except for fleeting moments. Hilary absolutely should’ve just left town. They decided to kill her and the baby. Just baffling,
    • That was Mal Young right? He thought a tragic death was a better option than crafting a story where Hilary leaves town. Was it a case of punishing someone who wants to leave? And then they have to jump through hoops to bring the actress back.
    • Ooo @TaoboiI will say I just watched Amanda give it to Abby and I loved it. Honestly just made me miss Hilary more. I will never understand or get over that decision to kill her off. Also call me crazy but I could definitely see the Damian actor playing NuTed on BTG. Very much still enjoying the Lily attraction.
    • I rewatched these episodes---they broke my heart. Somehow, Nola had seen Vanessa leave the hospital, and follows her home, and Maeve just lets out this primal scream---chills went down my spine. And knowing the history between them---never quite liking the other and always getting on each other's nerves (to put it mildly)---makes it a much richer to have them put it all aside in the moment and be family to each other. I've never seen/heard what Maeve thought of the story itself, but she did want a break, so it's not like she was fired and then brought back. Yes, Vanessa could be this stubborn and unwilling to ask for help. She'd pretty much always been an "I can do this on my own" type of woman, although when she first came to town, she would still run to Henry. But after she met Billy, she stopped relying on her father. It's part of the reason she (briefly) got addicted to pills after Bill's birth---she was determined to take care of him all by herself and became obsessed with the idea she was the only one who could. Of course, nothing before to this extreme. I should say, there's no way (IMO) they could've told this story---Vanessa letting her loved ones thinking she'd died---if her father Henry had still been alive. She never would've been able to do that to him. And it does chafe that she's letting Bill believe it, when her mantra had been all about protecting him since the day he was born. I honestly don't recall what I thought about it at the time. But now I'm thrilled she's free of Matt at least. LOL.
