But I quit watching that show 27 years ago and NEVER regretted it thanks to the discovery of some fantastic ABC and CBS soaps.

For me it's not age. KDP just reeks "hillbilly" and I don't think she is a good fit as CS' daughter. However, she's a good actress and I am curious about what she brings to Days. I don't wish to see her as Eve, but there's nothing I can do but suck it up.

It annoys me that Paige says she is living with her cousin and the apartment looks like Teresa's.

First, Teresa is Paige's aunt, not cousin.

Like KDP, but to me Charlotte Ross is and will always be Eve. She did such a good job playing that role. Still, keep the returns coming, Days. Maybe you're getting the hint the viewers want to see more familiar faces?

I would accept a recast for Eve [even though CR was marvelous], just not THIS recast. KDP does not fit. Hell, I would have Gina Tognoni before KDP as Eve.
