I like they're going to bring the set back (even remodeled). Very surprised (happily, I might add). It's sort of sad that a set excites me more than the show itself. Any idea how "modern" and "updated" it will be? I know I need to get over it but now I'm holding out hope they decide to bring the old pier set back. It was so much nicer.

Thanks Addie for that bit of inside scoop regarding Howarth, Alderson and Easton. Interesting. Worst thing ABC did for GH was try and stick it to PP by forcing Alderson, Howarth and Easton as new characters on the show. Just a terrible idea. That's why networks need to just stay out of things.

The problem wasnt bringing them back as new characters. It was bringing them back and then shoved them in exact replica of the previous characters they were before.

Unless there was a huge McBam, TARLY and MiSt fan base that i was mercifully unaware of it was the perfect opportunity to make them brand-new.

Making Kiki and Frranco Starr and Todd with an horrible dyed job and silas McBore with glasses did them in imho.

Ron thought of Howarth being a Quartermaine relative or Tom Hardy before it was decided he was "too dynamic" for that.

O believe the last tim i remember seeing the brownstone was Thanksgiving 2001 but it may have stretched thr Carly's "Death" in 2002

Watching Dante read Maggot Corinthos was epic and orgasmic until Carly pranced in with her Scummy ass licking! Really, we are supposed to sympathize with Scummy? I've read my soap handbook over and over and his actions don't tie to anyone you should feel sorry for. Somebody got this all wrong.

Dante has had the first and only appropriate reaction to what Scummy has done. The others are ridiculous. No one should be in his corner and no one prior to Craptini would have written Carly trying to make Scummy feel better about HIS wrongdoings, especially something of this magnitude.
