Lily has her issues with Hilary, they could have them meet hilary one day while out with neil and think she is great. Have her rescue that dog Humphrey from peril. Then have them bragging about her heroics. Thereby fueling lily's jealousy. Simple things like that.

Hilary does not need to be propped by kids in her half assed rivalry with Lily. At this point they need to just move away from that. Its boring to hear Hilary talk about Lily not liking her when Lily has no reason to like her and she really shouldn't care if Lily likes her. Its so juvenile.

I think David Tom is doing well but I miss billy miller he was such a gem. I saw the promo the Delia gala looks like it has tons of suspense and excitement. I told all of u that u were in for a treat when jean P arrived. So far the show continues to be more exciting, more cohesive and better dialogue. Much better than when josh Griffith was writing the show was dull.

I agree. Lily's kids don't need to be propping Hilary. I like Hilary but that would just be doing too much. Neil and Devon liking her is enough.

This entire conversation started with us discussing how the writers could use Lane's kids better. Not that I am advocating for certain story with them or anything. Just use them better so they won't grate on the viewers nerves.

Devon isn't the one she is kissing with doe eye innocence like some some teenaged awkward girl. Devon isn't the one who she is counseling like she is mother Theresa and has all the wisdom of the world. Devon isn't the one she is taking care of like she is his mother or daughter. Devon isn't the one she is playing life coach with. Devon isn't the one whom she is praising. You can blame Devon all you want but if you find hilary boring...Jack's the one she spends most of her time with abd being perfect for. LOL

Not sure why you put all that in spoilers and yes she does spend a good chunk of her time with Deyawn talking about a whole lot of nothing. People are allowed to call out their scenes on being boring. She's a lot more interesting in scenes with Sharon,Jack, and Jill.

Of course you can. And we all are allowed our opinions on what is making Hilary boring. I admit to FF her myself sometimes...but it isn't in scenes with Devon or Lily. All that sappy talking with Jack is taking the life and fire out of her. Good grief. This woman could be out causing drama but she is stuck in scene after scene with Auntie Jack. I liked the relationship at first but it is now tedious. I thought she would be a schemer. But nope...all she does is wipe Jack's tears and bolster his confidence. Tedious.

Scene with Jill are great. I want to like her with Sharon but they are all just throwaway scenes. Those two seconds doesn't seem like much of an investment from the writers.

Hilary isn't really causing drama with Devon she's sitting around talking about Lily and there's not even any meat to it because she stopped scheming months ago an the main person she was out To terrorize forgave her. At least with Jack they talk about business, family and other things outside of Lily.
