Kassie's country ass (in both looks and acting) is too common for this damn role, only her loyal fans will say otherwise.

Damn you really don't like her

Yeah it comes across that way.

I can understand not liking someone's acting but this sounds personal

My dislike for her is based on acting and the fact she's totally miscast for this part, unless they rewrite it to make it work around her, which would just annoy me even more.

I don't know her personally and I don't want to.

Why would it be personal unless Better knows KDP personally? Let's not make those assumptions.

I am not a fan, so I am biased in my own way, which I freely admit.

I didn't enjoy her work on GL either, so this is not only based off her run as Blair.

Ok thats cool. for me given that Eve hasnt stepped foot in Salem in 23 years, KDP could bring a whole new fresh take n Eve. I mean who is Eve Donovan after two plus decades

For me the main problems are age compared to CS, and that the role seems to have worked mostly because of Charlotte Ross, more than overall writing.

But if anyone can make it work it's Kassie.

I think she should just keep the accent. Hiding it didn't work at OLTL and affected her acting.

They could write that Eve has been living in one of the southern states for many years and maybe she aquired the accent

Which is not a problem. Trying to pass off KDP as CS' daughter is ridiculous. As Teresa's sister when she looks like her mother? This should have been a completely different role. Even Shane's sister would have been cool, but daughter? REEEEEEdiculous!

I'm waiting till she airs before I go in on this

May/June aint too far away. LOL

Well there have been Parent/Kids on soaps who were closer in age IRL. Claudia and Johnny on GH for one. Age is not a factor me. Its can KDP act Eve Donovan

Yeah look at Lisa LoCicero and Dom Zamprogna, she's only like 8 years older than him, or Cady and Ryan Bittle

Yep they were 7 years apart.

I think her age relative to Shane is a problem but not Teresa. Eve IS old enough to be her mother. She was born after Eve became an adult

claudia and Johnny were not written as mother and son when she was on. It was a retcon that came years after she died which likely wouldn't have happened had both actors been on the show
