Meredith Scott Lynn is great, she took a nothing character and ran with it, and she is now the best kind of supporting character -- one you cannot get enough of. I hope Days has her on some kind of contract.

I really wish they'd give her a backstory and expand her character and why she truly hates Jennifer. Maybe they went to Salem High together back when Anne was a frumpy unpopular teenager and went by her full name Maryanne (Im making that up). Jennifer wasnt particular nice to her and barely gave her the time of day, but rolled with the click that would bully Maryanne. To make matters worse, a guy Maryanne had a crush on dropped her to chase after Jennifer who dated him for a week bc she could but discarded him, unnecessarily hurting Maryanne in the process

FF almost 25 years, Maryanne, now going by the name Anne Milbaeur (which is her married name) has moved back to Salem and reunites with Jen for the first time when she came back a couple of years back. Jen doesnt recognize her bc she looks different and has a different name. Anne never says anything but that makes her hate Jen more that she was so insignificant to her that she couldnt even be bothered to remember the girl she tormented all those years ago. Because of that, shes made it her life work to torment her back.

I like that Ciara is the way she is...she gets it from both sides of her family - Grandpa Victor is a snark machine and her Aunt Julie in her youth was a hellion. So really she should be sweetness and light.
