Just watched Corday's acceptance speech ... He thanked everyone but the writers! WTF! (Okay, I'm exaggerating, but the writers were not thanked.)

It's not his fault the show went over!

Did I say it was his fault? I just said that he needed to wrap it up b/c everyone was over the show at that point and no one had time to hear his story. I'm glad that he won but he needs to blame the academy & production for running a crap show, hence why he was rushed.

I'm sorry but the most important award winner of the night needs to have time to give a speech. The story was about his parents founding the show.

Wait DAYS has only won for best drama one other time in the 70s?! That [!@#$%^&*] ain't right. Very glad they won.

Yes, their first was in 1975. Until now, nothing.

They've cut off the best show speech before on other Daytime Emmy telecasts, so I was surprised that HLN didn't do that this time like other channels have done.

And I agree but everyone was over the show at that point and was ready to go. Sadly, he needed to wrap it up b/c they were running overtime. They were even online tweeting it. Trust me, I feel bad but again he should blame the academy and production.

So [!@#$%^&*] happy for DAYS!! Bout time!

Very glad for Doug Davidson. Chandler Massey.

I thought KA actually gave a heartfelt speech. I totally saw her winning though, although like just right before.

I thought all the winners gave really nice speeches.

The show itself was a complete and utter trainwreck. AJ Hammer should have been the sole host. Robin was awful and Sam was hardly used and when he was half the time the audio was messed up lol.

Also kinda thought SF was probably robbed but she had a good run. Heather Tom is wonderful but AGAIN? I would have liked to have seen KKL (though yes it's a shame she hasn't been nominated before she still has years to be nominated) or AZ win but Heather is probably going to continue to win and win and win as long as Brad gives her the Emmy material he does.

Meh to Julie Marie Berman winning. It's nice to see her with personality though. Her Lulu was so God damn boring. Happy for her to win, but it was my one WTF win of the night.

And LOL at Billy Miller and Scott Clifton tying the win.

Loved Corbin's tribute. Glad he got those words in, it was great.

In that picture, she looks like she could give one a good time for the right cash or certified funds.
