I'm sure we'd all love to see that interview - I know I would - but I swear to God, if you ask us why he didn't comment on how Cutter got out of prison I will never stop killing myself.

I'm not being sarcastic, I'm completely sincere. If you ask about how Cutter got out of prison one more time it will kill me.

Cut it out people! Attacking posters is uncalled for and NOT allowed. If you write something and then read over it only to find it offending, DON'T HIT "POST"

From JVD's recent newsletter

Q: Dear Jerry: With One Life to Live and All My Children on a "break" do they still have to pay for the studio with all the props and stuff? Are the props rented out to other productions? C.J. McKenna
A: OLTL and AMC sets are in storage along with props, etc. waiting for what comes next. Tell Hulu you want to see more episodes.

Uh...

As far as Josh Kelly's interview, while he was happy to be doing Cutter again, he felt that the direction for him was too reactive where when he was on ABC OLTL, Cutter was a character that made things happen. So it was kind of frustrating to him.

He did love getting to know his costars on a personal level, something he wasn't able to do so much at ABC I guess due to shooting schedules.

That's what I got to so far (I have the issue) before I had to stop reading and head to work.

I didn't think Prospect Park would happen but when it did, I thought it would go on longer. I pretty much saw it as all or nothing. Mainly because I remember the ratings being really high in the beginning when it started. I liked Cutter better on Prospect Park. He had chemistry with Natalie while I didn't see him have chemistry with anyone on OLTL's ABC run. He wasn't as much of an ass as he was on OLTL's ABC run. Hope this "break" isn't permanent but I don't really see it working out.

That is very good to know. I'm actually pleased about that - I was told all the beautiful sets, everything had been destroyed.

    • GET THAT HEFFA, NOSY NURSE!!!   I'm sorry to see Smitty and June coming to a middle ground. It seem like that tension would be between them for at least one more story arc. A writing change?   I'm sorry but I love the teen unit of Ty, Samantha, and Jessica (and Rocco, Danny, Charlotte over on GH which is what today is reminding me of). I'm a sucker for soap teens. lol.
    • I really hope Laura doesn’t get reelected. She doesn’t deserve it. Imagine her campaign staff, freaking out at the Metro Court as election results come in while she’s hanging out with Sonny.
    • Thanks for that. It was great to see her in an interview. She's very likable. Although it was somewhat confusing. What new soap is she talking about going on audition for in 1973. Was it The Young and the Restless? Is it just me or did they never even say the name of this soap opera? Days wasn't new in 1973 and there was no "Jack" with three daughters on The Young and the Restless. What soap are they talking about? The editing around that part was weird and choppy. I felt like there was a chunk missing or something. And I'm not sure why she was saying she got colorectal cancer from HPV and said it's because she never got the HPV vaccine but then said she's never had anal sex. I'm not a doctor but that didn't seem to make any medical sense. I don't know. Maybe I'm tired. It just seemed like some of this interview didn't make sense.
    • If it helps any, the last script cover from the Elman papers that I have is from episode #3,736 airdate November 15, 1977. Writers are the Hollands with Frank Salisbury.
    • B&B really does look incredible. The lighting and the polished sets have made a significant difference how visually appealing the show is now.
    • I found the problem with the Labine era was that the show lost some humour when the Labines came on and it could be dull. They also didn't seem to understand some of the characters. As others have said, it looks fantastic in comparison to the next regime but I just remember boredom being the primary response.
    • Something I didn't realize: Frank Ashmore, who played Monica's investigator Corrigan in 1981, was also Victor, the third guy in the cockpit, in Airplane!
    • Thanks, maybe I will skim through those episodes.  I have previously binged late 1985 through early 1987; April-June, August 1992 (I skipped Carlo Hesser murder trial), Jan-March 1995 and I began watching in 2006. I just struggle to stay consistent with routines especially binging routines haha
    • I could've sworn we went over the Bobbie thing a while ago, and saw her introduced to Rick and Lesley as "Nurse Barbara" in very late '77? Or was that early '78? I know the clip is online. Jackie always credited Marland with creating her IIRC.
    • Thanks.  Loon Lake - very on the nose. With that "dad" outfit Bo looks even more like Cassie's father...
