I am really loving the AMC. TBH, I tried it watching it on ABC many times in 2000's and it was too boring for me and dull for me. I finally started watching it in 2010, but still wasn't into it. PP's AMC has really changed that for me! It's very fast paced and exciting.

It was a nice gesture of him, very classy. But no, I don't think your opinion is unpopular, at least not outside of Walt's fanbase. Walt is funny, and he seems like a very nice guy, but he is not a leading actor of the same caliber as, say, David Canary. He can't carry a story as a lead - it was tried with Laurel and with Kit, and it didn't work.

His fanbase pretty much saw to it that he had no storyline unless he was with Erica, and 20+ years of writers tried to make that relationship work and failed every time. Jack and Erica can be fun to watch when they're falling for each other, and they're sometimes good to watch when they have conflict, but as a happy couple they just don't work very well, and you can only tell that same get together/break up story so many times before it becomes ridiculous.

I would not care if Jack came back, but at this point, I'd honestly prefer it if Jack and Erica have both moved on and accepted that they just aren't meant to be.

Jack and Erica are the most popular Caucasian-American supercouple of all time. They are true role models to their audience, just like Cliff and --, er, Steven and Elyse Keaton. Walt Willey and Susan Lucci also have, like, 120 Soap Opera Digest Awards apiece. No way would Jack and Erica move onto other people. If they did, they would be betraying the entire Caucasian race, created so beautifully by Michelle Patrick.

No! Erica Kane does not NEED a man. She just likes to play with them. Insisting that Erica be part of a super-couple is a massive betrayal of feminism and of women as strong, independent leaders who don't rely on men for everything. Everyone knows that Agnes Nixon in her infinite wisdom created feminism, and anyone who would relegate Erica to mere couple status instead of letting her be that star that she is clearly hates all women.

    • Poor Chelsea... having Bill and Dani for parents has to suck.  And while the acting during the Chelsea/Dani scene was good (Karla, for once dialing it back)... I still view it as Dani making it all about her.  Narcissists like Dani will never change
    • Love love love that casting choice. Chip can read a bish like no other .
    • Chip Fields. She does mostly directing now but she might be coaxed into another acting gig.
    • I think Kassie was a decent enough support figure on GL but probably not able to play complexity (most of the ingenues who came and went on GL couldn't), although they didn't really give her any either. She once said that they gave Blake everything that had once been there for Chelsea. She does better on OLTL but that took a while too.
    • Chelsea and Dani's scene was just fantastic.  I was instantly reminded of my own coming out to my mother. Karla and RhonniRose gave me all the feels. Just wonderful.   Im kinda glad that the show has kept Andre and Ashley as friends and didnt take it there while she was sad about Derek. Leslie is such a damn menace and Im eating it up. I read that the show is looking to cast her mother. I hope they cast someone as delicious as Tricia is.
    • He's so talented and good looking some people get all the genes lol. I think the acoustics always sound weird to me when it's on the GH stage.  I am not exactly a musical snob, but his violin always sounds too high pitched when he's playing on camera.  It's clearly not like that in his videos so it has to be something else.
    • Im tearing up at the Chelsea and Dani scene. That was beautifully done
    • Yay! More or less their first? Or Gossip Girl.

    • How are we 50+ episodes in and Hayley has had little to no independent character development? She started off as one of the show's heavy hitters in the first couple of weeks due to storyline but has faded into the background more and more every subsequent week. They've made no effort to integrate the character into the canvas outside of being Bill's "child bride." It's really bothering me because I like the actress and I think she has potential. Can she get a friend or at least scenes without Bill? I'm now at the point where I like Derek more than Ashley. That's how bad things have gotten with her. The actress isn't terrible but she isn't very good either and the writing for her been abysmal.
    • I find it so odd people have such a hard time with Kat’s wardrobe, I just assume they haven’t been exposed to much diversity.
