I am loving Burton being on Y&R so far! He is the shot in the arm this soap needed. And I am glad that the whole Leslie/congressman connection is being revealed to be something that is not what one (I) would expect. Looking good new Y&R regime. Thank you!

I thought Jessica Collins and Billy Miller were just BFFs and went to Scotland on vacation with couple other friends, i.e.: just a friends trip. But hey, whatever it is, it's cute they get along.

A couple of things re: the show --

Burton is surprisingly alive in his few scenes. I think it's because CBS really opened their arms to the poor lost orphan and made a big deal about him coming. He's now back working with JFP, and he and Josh Morrow seem to have genuinely hit it off, too.

Considering that Billy has a habit of getting drunk, flirting with women in bars, casually dating them, and then sleeping with them without protection, I don't buy any woman "raped" him. Plus, when he got back to GC, he told Victoria that there was a woman which she said that she did not hear about it so he knew what was up.

I do not agree at all. He is a talented actor who gets lazy at times. Regardless, when he focuses he does much better work than most of his peers. I thought he did a ton of good work with Elizabeth Henderickson before being shifting to partnerships with far less talented actresses like CKLily, GrandMac, and Victoria. He was interesting for a minute with Sharon Case though.

Absolutely. He and Victoria were, as Ross on Friends once said, "on a break" and the marriage was collapsing. they should have kept it as a legit, drunken hook-up that had consequences. WimpToria has forgiven him for worse.

IA that BM has potential with a lot of actresses out there. He and MCE seem to "pop" onscreen in a way that he just doesn not with Heinle. He and Elizabeth Hendricksen, too, when she's not being all Valley Girl and, like, totes annoying. Sharon Case has chemistry with everyone.

Today's US episode has a brief scene with Tyler and the Congressman guy at the GCAC bar and, even though it wasn't a super important scene, it really jumped off the screen at me. Not a huge Pinter fan but he is very effective as the Congressman. His story with Leslie and Tyler has me legitimately curious.

I told ya'll the reason she got her job back because of JG several years ago. I'm glad her husband confirm her cheating ways. Her new man better watch out because i'm sure she'll cheat on him if she feels her job is endanger of being recast.

Wow, I didn't know about CK being unfaithful, of course, by the time I read about her marriage, she'd already been divorced, so I'm not exactly 'in the know'.

Makes me wonder whether art will end up imitating life with Lily and Cane.
