Who walks around with ten thousand dollars under their shirt (enough to pay for a 24 karat diamond necklace on the dime). Hilarious! Hope went huffing and puffing to Liam salivating he would severe ties with Bill and he basically threw a temper tantrum at Bill and all is forgiven. Bill is always one step ahead of these losers.
