WTF!!!!!

I hear the company behind USA hit Royal Pains has inked deals with SAG-AFTRA and DGA for the soaps’ production, eyed to begin in the first quarter of 2013.

Yeah...probably not.

But it is still kinda funny.

I remember seeing MEK on that soap themed episode of Oprah where he was making self deprecating jokes about his appearance. It just seemed like he was trying to poke fun at himself before anyone else could get the chance, even though he was in a room full of adoring fans. And when two women in the audience gushed about how sexy they thought and still think he is, he genuinely seemed taken aback.

I remember that. I remember wondering why he was so surprised. On one hand I always appreciate humility. We've all seen stars that believe their own press. On the other, sometimes you wonder how much of it is about a deeper emotional issue. Perhaps one that stems from not being...um...true to one's self.

I'm sorry , but MEK looks wonderful to me. I love the grey and a man with meat on his bones NEVER bothered me!

I just want him to be happy.

MEK never has been skinny..even in his Tad the Cad days he was what the kids today would call Fit-Fat. He got older that's all. He always looked like a normal suburban dad type to me..(which is why I can see him playing the Dr. Martin/Bob Hughes kind of role now) and I think he looks good..better then some older actors who get work done or have so little body fat they look weird. Tho, I never thought he was HOT in his hey day.

He wasn't hot past the 1990s but I thought there were still many times he clicked with females and then AMC or ABC went all fuhget about it. I thought he had fantastic chemistry with Jamie Luner's Liza, for example.

Another Llanview favorite is headed home. Emmy winner Roger Howarth (Todd Manning) will reprise his alter ego for One Life to Live's Internet relaunch.


Howarth's return, however, won't be permanent. The actor will appear on One Life to Live for about a month before heading back to General Hospital.
