WTF!!!!!

EXCLUSIVE: Here is a great holiday gift for soap fans: I’ve learned that Prospect Park has revived its plan to continue cancelled ABC daytime dramas All My Children and One Life To Live online. I hear the company behind USA hit Royal Pains has inked deals with SAG-AFTRA and DGA for the soaps’ production, eyed to begin in the first quarter of 2013.

Woke up and can't go back to sleep until I post this great news: PROSPECT PARK and the WGA have an agreement -- writers on the web versions of All My Children and One Life To Live will be working under a guild contract. Reason has prevailed. This is good news for writers and for the quality of the shows. I wish you all success.

with this deal Prospect Park gets to produce these shows on line, otherwise the rights would revert back to ABC...who were the big losers when they canceled them and replaced them with crap talk shows.

Leslie Nipkow could be a great addition to OLTL as a script writer.

But if this all falls apart again that Foz guy is going to have to shut down his twitter lol.

Not only that, McDermott will have to enter the Federal Witness Relocation Program!

Because she was about as exciting as a 97 year old.

You wouldn't be saying that after going to my Grandma's New Years party at her retirement home!

For example, their was this 92 year old lady that had a crush on me and kept talking about thongs. Plus my grandma did a strip tease. If you want to know the story I will tell you!

See this is the problem. The same s hit recycled hack writers that had the show cancelled will now be writing them online....lol....and why is ABC the big losers?? I bet they are making more money now the soaps gone. Seriously online is NOT TV coverage...some of my friends who are only ABC viewers don't see themselves seeing it online. They want it back on tv...lol

Leslie Nipkow is not a hack. She wrote Asa's death and funeral eppys of OLTL which won them the emmy in 2008

No, Leslie Nipkow is not a hack. She's also not interested in writing again for soaps (and really, never enjoyed writing for them in the first place). She made that clear in an article entitled "This is Why I'm Fat." Nowadays, she is working on promoting her upcoming book of autobiographical essays, entitled "How to Kiss Like a Movie Star." I'm a big fan of her work, though, so I am def wishing her all the best.
